my cancel button appears to be gone as well. still says processing. no new emails. I have an afternoon pickup window however.

As soon as I saw this message, my in store pickup email came through haha
Semi-interestingly, my IUP phone has no cancel link, but my paid-in-full phone still does. They're both showing as available for pickup in the store.
Finally got my emails saying it’s ready for pickup tomorrow with QR code. Also an email about trade in. Hopefully they won’t give me a hard time if I show up 30 minutes early. Curious if they will let me switch up payment plan or even device if they have stock. If not will just exchange later.
I got an alert from the Apple store app last night mine was ready. All and all it took about 30 min to get the new phone so it was relatively painless.

Green, but I was done by three minutes after and had my order showing pickup today 730-8p until the last minute. Would have rather had a later date shown at preorder so I could try another capacity/color. Is there any way to change in store to another capacity if they have stock?
Does anyone even know the logistics for iPhones going to stores? Is it the same China Korea AK Louisville, and then to stores instead of customers? Would they need to pass through TX to get to the Whilehall PA store?

Yea makes no sense, and if it is so bad already, how much worse will it get as the day goes on?
Yea, I am beginning to regret setting my pickup window for 4:30-5 on a Friday when everyone will be out of school, class and work. This is also the only Apple Store within a 1 hour radius of the 3rd largest city in Pennsylvania.
