Incase Cases for the iPhone 4

Yeah I thought the exact same thing but I was only charged 35 dollars, I verified this on my online bank account.

Yeah, that is kinda what I thought. Will see I guess. I may shoot them an email just to cover all my bases though. :p

So I just got an email saying that they wouldn't be able to ship it out till Auguest 3 and if I still wanted to keep the expedited shipping or switch to the FREE ground shipping. So I just replied and told them to cancel the order.

I guess it didn't work for me. Oh well, picking up a case tomorow anyways.
 
So now that they'll be shipping the Snap cases soon, do you think that means our order from Apple may come in sooner than originally projected?

I'm honestly thinking using a case may be a good idea for me as I've already dropped my phone twice. Luckily I've only chipped or smashed the edges of the glass, along with the edge of my MBP.
 
Ordered their Snap case (smoke) through Apple's case programme. Still can't quite figure out whether the finish is matte or glossy. I'll probably switch to Perforated Snap later when it's out and if I'm happy with the normal snap.

The now infamous Element Case Vapor 4 will have to wait until Christmas! If it's out by then, that is! That is a BIG IF! :p

You will be charged $83.68. Overnight shipping will not be free. I purchased an incase convertible book jacket with the coupon and accidentally selected overnight shipping. Even though the total was presented INCASE STILL CHARGED FOR OVERNIGHT. It was a pain to get refunded, including escalation to the manager.

yeah they just emailed me and said it wouldn't ship till tuesday and asked if I wanted the free ground or if I still wanted the expedited shipping.

This appears to be accurate.
Just called incase Customer Service and can confirm that even though the website quoted me $0 for 2nd Day Air - their system was still going to charge me $14 for the shipping irrespective of the total I was given both on the website and via email. I had them switch it out to free ground.

What are you going to do? I just canceled it, it was just for the thrill of it actually shiping. I'll just wait till they have them at a B&M store.
 
This is my total no matter which shipping method I choose. Changing the shipping method just increases the discount field. I'm using the VICE1510 Code.

idk I mean they already charged me for it. I emailed the guy back and said my receipt and your site said it was free 3 day shipping, is that not what it is? I'm waiting for a response. I might just tell them to switch it to the free ground but idk my phone will be here by next friday and if it doesn't ship till tuesday it's gonna be here after it.
 
Just got off the phone changing mine to the free ground shipping. They said they are doing it now and would have gotten to mine anyway. Not sure if she could tell if I tried to get free next day or if I just wanted to remove the shipping charge. The lady was really nice and helpful though.
 
Yep, got emailed back from them. They WILL charge for the shipping unless you choose the free ground shipping. :) I sent them an email back asking to please change it. I wonder why the orders won't go out till August 3rd though and not today. Oh well. :p

after you replied to them have you gotten an email back yet? I still haven't and that was about 4 hours ago.
 
I can't believe how much the snap case is! I'm so happy I picked it as my free case. It's closest to a naked phone. Looks so nice. :)

Yeah, I got emailed back from them. I think it was David something. He said the black incase slider would be shipping out on Tuesday of next week. I had 72 hours to respond to the email and could choose the free ground shipping. If I did not respond, then they would send it using the expedited shipping method I choose, but I would be charged for it. I said please change it. :)

did he email you back after that? that's the same guy that emailed me. I asked if the 3 day shipping was not free like it said on my receipt and he hasn't said anything back yet

I'm wondering if he's even going to email me back.. I guess if he doesn't by this time tomorrow I'll email him again and tell him to switch it to ground.

yeah I won't. I only did 3 day so it's only 12 bucks but I still took a screen shot of the receipt on their site and I have the receipt they emailed me just in case, and they both show the shipping being taken off.

Plus they've already charged me for it without the shipping, just the total my receipt says.
 
I'm definitely a fan of Incase cause I've used the Slider cases for my last two iPhones.

I have the Snap case as my free case. I can't believe it is $35. Seems too high for just plastic. I'll wait and see some user reviews and pics on the Slider models.

I'm very tempted to order though!!
