I've really been wanting a slider for my iPhone 4, but I think I'll wait for the other colors to be available. I really hate the soft-touch material. I had a metallic gunmetal one for my 3GS and really liked the feel of it, so I'll probably stick with that.

so $35 for the Snap, huh? well good thing mine will be free.

has anyone received a shipment confirmation (for those who bought them)?
does anyone know if the Incase Snap covers the front glass? i can't tell from the pictures... i wish they had some angled pics and some pics of the ports...

You can see more pics of the Snap from the Case Program app here:

I broke down and ordered the black. I REALLY need a solid case, since I'm just using the bumper right now. I'm just hoping that these work with the PS films, as they have in the past.

front lip

i still can't see if the case covers the front lip. has anyone gotten a shipping confirm or this case delivered? i really want a video or pics of this case asap.

Hey, do you guys think we will get the flash issue from the slider case?

Straight from Incase's website:

We’ve gone to great lengths to ensure that all of our cases have been tested to be 100 percent compatible with iPhone 4. To that end, all Incase cases for iPhone 4 feature a Flash Ring*, an unobtrusive, co-molded piece surrounding the camera cutout. This innovative feature is designed to prevent glare interference during camera usage when your iPhone 4 is in a case. The Flash Ring ensures crisp images, eliminating unwanted photo distortion when shooting with or without flash.

I definitely loved my slider (3G) but I want more colors. I love the look and feel of the matte/soft-touch material, but once the material starts chipping/peeling it looks disgusting.

Does anyone know how thick the incase sliders are? I really do not want to take away from the phones beautiful design

ordered a black slider, had one on my 3G/3GS for years. i dropped it dozens of times and it always kept it in mint condition.

btw, i'm sure it'll have a lip covering the front. i'm pretty sure all incase cases have that.

I cant wait for mine! I had one on my 3g and 3gs and protected the phone great. I think one of the best cases made for the money. Seems to take abuse and totally protect the phone. The only thing I am worried about is how if it at all possible it will slide with a Zagg on the back. I tried it on my 3gs and  no go! Ruined the zagg, and somehow got the case off after prying it off.

Hopefully this slider will work well with screen protectors. Works fine on my 3G so hope for the same. I already have the SGP on the front, and maybe my Zagg for the back will eventually show up. Might have to modify the slider. I don't want scratches from those rubber things when stuff gets in them.

Did you modify for your existing one? If so care to post or send pics/ discription of your work?

No I didn't. I didn't use a back protector. However, I put 2-3 sheets of tape on the back so the rubber pads didn't scratch and the case would fit tighter. Probably about as thick as a protector so it should have been fine with one.

These look GREAT! I'm happy with my Speck GeoMetric right now, but I used one of these for my 3G for the longest time. The quality of the cases this company makes is incredible. +1 to them.
