Incase Cases for the iPhone 4

Placed my order for the black Slider case this morning. Will do a review and post pictures when I receive it.
 
for the people who got their shipping notifications when did you guys order?
 
I just have no luck with shipping I guess. At least my SGP got here in decent time. Incase still hasn't shipped, and my Zagg protector is MIA for over a week since I placed the order.
 
I ordered pretty early on the first day they became available. Hope that helps. Also it is an email striaght from UPS not incase.
 
Anyone know whether or not the slider case has felt lining on the inside to protect the back of the phone?

I first ordered one on Friday, but when I received an email saying that I wouldn't have it shipped till Tuesday I canceled. A few hours later I regreteed this and emailed them and told them to cancel the cancelation. Well on Monday I called to see if they had canceled or kept the order. They canceled had canceled my first order from Friday so I asked the customer service rep to put in another order for me. I received shipping notification on August 3rd at 3pm.
 
I ordered the morning they became available and mine is showing as scanned for departure now, so they're on the way:
 
i guess my order didn't make the cut to be shipped today. baldwin park is the UPS hub that my packages get delivered from, so hopefully it'll ship tomorrow and i'll get it thursday :(
 
Anybody outside the US successfully place an order? Incase says that international customers should send an email to support (which I did) but they are being ignored.

No, Incase doesn't do that. You will most likely find rubber rails inside.

Regarding emails - they have bad customer service..

yeah they still haven't replied to me about if I wanted to change the shipping after the order day stuff.

They still shipped it with 3 day expedited but the hold got taken off of my account today. I'm waiting to see me if they charge me more or what's on my receipt....
 
I called them yesterday, had to wait a while for a rep to answer, but she took my order and was very nice, free shipping, AND when I asked about cost of upgrading shipping she said she'd upgrade me to 3 day for free.

I'm actually impressed with their CS, especially at a time they must be getting slammed.

I ordered an otterbox commuter from amazon, but they're not yet available, I suppose once they are, and ship, I'll have 2 good cases to compare and use.
 
Haven't ordered mine yet, I am awaiting a current situation switching from a 3gs to ip4 due to defect, but any one who has on on the way or has one now for that matter- do you have any shields on the back of the phone such as invisible shield? Curious to see if it will slide with one on. My guess is it will be to tight. I have one ready to put on the back, but I don;t want to have to take it of or waste it if it will not work. Previous experience with the shield and slider on the 3gs was a nightmare...

Any input would be great!
