I talked to support and they will be modifying the case and sending you a replacement free of charge.. I an bout 2 weeks they said.
or you can just refuse the delivery and ask it to be sent to sender..

They will send it for free probably but hey will want the old one back for sure.. i dont see them letting us keep the non working case.
I guess you keep it, what would be the point of sending it back..

Well I'm going to call them immediately tomorrow for a replacement case (seeing as after I try it on it shouldn't work.)
I'll tell them I want a replacement case sent to me (for free of course)
And after I get it I don't see how they can charge my card more? I used Amazon payments.
But if they REALLY want their broken case back they can send me a paid packaging slip in the replacement box and I'll use the pre-paid slip to return it.
Seems like THEY really messed up...I'm not sending back the broken case before I get the replacement one.
