International (EU, non-US) iPad 2 Shipping Dates, 1st "Prepared for Shipment" Status!

DOH!
So, the bad news is that it's not got as far as Germany yet, but the good news is that it's on schedule for a Thursday delivery. I can live with that.

Anytime before the 18th works for me.

Zerox, where's yours got to now?
 
Ah, I came here to find out what the ..... was going on, and my question is answered. My info is identical, apart from one time, to RobNor's.

It looks like I was fooled by the german data. :rolleyes: looks like midweek for me then. :)

well mine is still in Koeln, Germany.
I'm not surprised because its the weekend and they don't do much.
I know they ship during the night probably tonight to UK because that's what happen to my Macbook air. it delivered on a monday as they start work at midnight. Again hopefully. but its says I'll get it by tuesday.

My smart cover on the other hand is just 41 minutes away from me apparently but their estimated delivery is on wednesday.........

That's good that you have an update means they are starting to do something. because the last 2 days there have been no movement just in Koeln.

lol. Tuesday. I wasn't really couple of days ahead. Its listed in Koeln for quite a long time since Saturday at 1:16pm (UK time)

My 64g black iPad was listed as "prepared for shipment" early this morning, although the ship and delivery dates haven't changed.
 
Well, I have some kinda change: now the APP and iPad are listed separately as in " APP Not yet shipped" and "iPad Not yet shipped" :rolleyes:

To my calculation something should happen soon like in this week...:rolleyes:

Same story here as well. I guess the status isn't updated, but don't worry: our iPad 2's are just on their way to their destination. We'll have to patiently wait... :)
 
my ipad is 14 minutes away from where I live.
my smart cover is 41 minutes away from where I live.
but still I don't have them yet.
 
@Zerox: What's your delivery date? today? ...or Wednesday? Must be very frustrating knowing you could go and collect quicker than waiting for delivery!

I'd been expecting mine to make the hop from Germany to UK last night but I can't see any UPS flights scheduled from Keoln/Bon today, unless they don't post them. Not even sure where it would be flying into - though UPS main hub here seems to be Tamworth so I'm presuming a flight into Birmingham.

Ah well, still reporting a delivery of sometime Wednesday so I'll relax and let it happen. Just fun playing the "tracking" game ;)

Delivery date: tuesday for the ipad and wednesday for smart cover.
basically I hate UPS and Syncreon (whatever that is)

Mines just left Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong, same as the guys above, i had that clearance in Koeln, Germany thing (which I though was the actual Ipad) now the device is shipping over :D

so I guess ill see if I can find the flight now :) tracking is fun!
 
:eek: What's going on! I thought our iPads were sitting in Germany together, but it looks like xerox17virus' has skipped ahead and is in the UK. I thought in the end that we were mostly all on the same schedule, but no, someones got to be a day early.... :p


Btw, UPS says Ipad is still in Germany. :( So it does indeed look like a Wednesday delivery....at least I can make arrangements for someone to be at home now.
