At least yours already says something about Melbourne. Mine had nothing in it about Adelaide yet. And we both seem to have Recovery Actions Underway. What does that mean?
Best case - they're trying to find a new flight. It took mine 2 1/2 hours, at which point "Consignment on-forwarded to next station" came up on TNT China, which appeared much later on tnt.com as being equivalent to the far more promising "Shipment In Transit.".

Finally have mine. Ended up going to pick up from Canberra depot. There were 4 others in the depot and others leaving, with iPhone cases all over the counter and a rather flustered looking attendant trying to get everyone organized.

I have it, at long last. Showed up in Ontario Canada a day late, although it didn't feel that way thanks to the weekend in between.
Strange, as the UPS site STILL shows it as just arrived in my town. No mention of even being on the truck, to say nothing of delivered. For keeping the web site updated, FedEx has a far better system than UPS it seems.

I have my 4S but the money still hasn't been taken out my bank even though they took a hold of the funds as soon as I pre ordered on the 7th. I'm guessing it's just taking a while because so many people ordered (best selling iPhone yet)

Hey I got same situation here. I'm from Glace Bay NS. I ordered iPhone 4s on Oct 7 around 8pm. Status still processing.
Better off going to the Apple Store first, or call them. If they have what you want, and you end up getting it from there, you can cancel the pre-order at that time.
I JUST had mine delivered. The courier said everyone is going nuts over it today and doesn't understand what all the fuss it about. But I am so happy that it is finally here!

A friend of mine ended up going into a store yesterday to get his as the delivery wasn't even shipped.
Yep... For some reason my iPhone has been sitting in or in transit from Melbourne for the past two days... No mention of a delay or anything in the tracking.
While I live in country Victoria, this is no excuse - I usually get next day deliveries from Sydney with Apple!

Pre-ordered mine last week Tuesday. Went on the Friday before, the day they started pre-orders, but in the morning the stores had no idea when the pre-orders were going to start being taken. Nothing was in the system and nobody knew what was going on. Then later in the day, 4pm, they started to take reservations. Unfortunately I was working and had to leave to go somewhere, so I was unable to place an order then. Had to wait till I got back home after the weekend.
In Japan, so pre-orders had to be done in person. Also no shipping, you have to pick it up in person and settle your phone plan when you go to the store.
It sucks, but at least everyone else gets to check the shipment status of the phone online, or go to a store to see if they have any in stock. Over here, all the phone stores' stocks are for pre-orders. None are for drop-in customers. Not too mention there are literally only a handful of places selling them without reservation. Otherwise you have to wait till all the pre-orders are filled or find a phone shop that has them in stock with no reservations to fill. Pain in the ass I swear.
Ordered a case and such for the phone already. White 64GB. Element White Vapor Pro (fake) with the Lucky Decal Spectra Wrap (Olympic Blue). Planning on picking up some front and back screen protectors as well later.
