My icons are now 4x the size....no settings icon anymore....I swear Apple does not check on their updates to see if they create more problems.
Icons are 4x size?
[doublepost=1473826345][/doublepost]Apple now forces everyone to see Apple Music no matter whether you sub to AM or not. What does this mean? This means you can not permanently turn Apple Music off from music app. You can turn it off, but it will turn back on after just a few days.

Apple, you will take forever to tailor "for you" to perfectly meet my need. Give up.

Not really a fan of how banners work for text. It responds pretty slowly on my 5s and takes up a lot of space that iOS 9

I feel like I can't figure out how to do voicemail transcription? am I missing something?
I'm in the US and I don't see voicemail transcriptions anyplace.
It's only for iPhone 6s and newer devices, in case that might be playing a role for you.
I don't have the update message on my devices...I guess I am not allowed to have it...
Have you gone into settings to check for the update?

Serious question: if you hide a stock app (e.g., Maps) and have an alternative installed (like Google Maps), will the alternative one run in situations where the stock one would (like selecting an address in Contacts)?
You will be prompted to install the stock application that would be associated with what you are trying to do.

Perhaps you have some sort of (accessibility) zoom setting enabled?

I'm on a iPhone 6 and this OS is very sluggish.
You might need to try restarting, or perhaps resetting all settings, or potentially reinstalling.

Nope. I have a 6s on Verizon. Even applied carrier update. And on iOS 10. Don't see anything related to voicemail transcription

Not getting the logic behind the 2 step when unlocking with Touch ID. You have to press the Home button once your print is recognized. The text indicating this is so small and at the top some folks will miss it.
Fortunately it can be reversed to pre-10 behaviour in Accessibility settings.

It works well with lift to wake IMO - you lift your phone up which shows your notifications then you can rest your finger to unlock and interact with notifications and widgets, or press to go to home screen.

It took a bit of getting used to, but I really like it :)

please bring back old keyboard sound at least as an option. the new ones are crap !

a small niggle: until now, typing i-space would capitalise the I as a default
now it doesn't seem to do that
unless I'm missing something in the settings, there seems to be no way of making it happen
I tried making a shortcut using i-space but it won't accept -space

Yeah, a few oddities with the keyboard came with iOS 10.

Why can we only have on "bedtime"? I want one for specific weekdays and for specific days on weekend.
Go to options top left corner, click on it. Select what days you want by clicking on the letter for the day of the week.

Just deleted Apple Maps (I have Google Maps installed) and asked Siri "How do I get home?"

Siri said "Getting directions to home..." then up popped a dialogue box: "Restore 'Maps'? You followed a link that requires the app 'Maps' which is no longer on your iPhone. You can restore it from the App Store." Then a link to Show it in the App Store or cancel.

What new features are there for the 1st gen iPad Air? If the only new iPad feature is split view for Safari, and the 1st gen iPad Air doesn't even do split view, then what new feature does it get?

story says you can delete the itunes store...but FAILS to say how....Who, What, When, Where, How and Way.
[doublepost=1473813018][/doublepost]Since going to the new OS...my icons are 4X the normal size and there is no way to reduce them and Siri says she does not understand...smaller icons.

The same way you delete any app on iOS. Long press an icon so it goes into "wiggle" mode... tap x by iTunes Store.
[doublepost=1473840799][/doublepost]There's a few little things I like, such as being able to take a camera without Music pausing. Raise to wake is brilliant. Placing the cursor in text seems easier now, it actually puts the cursor where I tap, first go. Haha. Also, the new For You playlist is brilliant.

would be good if they allowed you to select a number to call forward to from your contacts page. We have a support phone and have to copy and paste the number in...

Thanks, I would not have noticed that!

Music storage optimization - There are now options in the Settings app to optimize storage and remove songs that have not been listened to in a while. There are settings to limit music storage space to 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB.

Not on my iPad (Air 2). :(

iOS 10 brings 2 safari tabs side by side on iPad,
macOS sierra brings tabs everywhere

--> next iOS update : tabs everywhere and side by side view for all apps on iPad !

How about the long-standing bugs? Are they fixed? Do the Safari tab and multitasking thumbnails work correctly? Does text selection in edit fields on websites work correctly? Does autocorrect and auto-capitalize still go dead on new lines in certain text edit fields on forums and comment boxes?

Et cetera...

Wait, they replaced the gun emoji with a water gun? Using the same Unicode? That's a bad idea! Emoji should should be as consistent across systems as possible. If a user knows no details about the differences between Apple's emoji and the way those emoji are used elsewhere, that's an invitation to causing miscommunication. If a user intends to send a water gun to someone, but the receiver on a different OS gets a regular gun, that's a problem.

CLEAR communication, Apple!! With all your added message effects to increase expressivity, don't go messing with meaning!

I'm not a pro-gun person, but this is NOT the correct way to present Apple's ideologies. They've already made it clear what concepts they prefer to ignore in autocorrection (they're anti-sex and pretend that abuse doesn't exist), but at least autocorrect changes are visible to the user. Invisible changes are a very bad idea.

Different sleep schedules is exactly what this added feature is intended to prevent. This feature isn't about convenience in scheduling. It's about health via sleep hygiene. Asking for different sleep schedules per day defeats the whole purpose of it.

There's a vast difference between what's healthy and our culture of schedule demands.

I don't know if my wife will like this update. iOS9 was a beauty update, not a lot of changes. But the unlocking, messages app weirdness, this may take some getting used to!

I've been waiting for this to come back for years.

I checked it on the settings, but when I try to stream movies over cellular in the videos app it still tells me I have to be on wi-fi to download it. o_O

Is it working for anybody else?

For me it works on some movies and tv shows, but not all. Weird.

Oh and personally I don't like the Health app updates. I just want to jump right into the dashboard, now there are too many presses to get into stuff and out of stuff.

No it's not. Gun culture is the problem, actual guns causing actual harm. Not an emoji which doesn't quite fit the description. If unicode wants consistency, they should demilitarize harmful weapons.

Pistol
A gun emoji, more precisely a pistol. A weapon that has potential to cause great harm.
