Power tip: when you swipe up on current versions, press FaceID text in the center of the screen to avoid waiting for it to scan your face and fail, prompting the password after that.
Cool but can they hurry up with the release already? I’d like to use mail and the contact app again which have been blocked by our IT
If only there was some other means of authenticating, that didn't rely on your face being visible.

Please stay off your phone, when in the OR, administering anesthesia.Perfect!! In addition to all of the above this is useful as an anesthesia provider in the OR setting.

I guess it depends on the user and their needs but I can say my experience was 100% the opposite of this. Touch ID was usable but failed way too many times compared to FaceID. Of course if you're wearing a mask then Touch ID becomes superior. I don’t work in the medical field so in a few months when this insanity goes away I won’t have to worry about masks.Gotta say, Touch ID was still a superior user experience.
How else do you expect him to listen to music and text his girlfriend? 😂Please stay off your phone, when in the OR, administering anesthesia.
Rarely worked for me. Face ID, however...rarely fails.Gotta say, Touch ID was still a superior user experience.
