iPhone iOS 13.6 / SEVERE Battery Drain & Apple Music

For the past few weeks, I have been noticing I have my battery capacity on my iPhone X has been 87% (AKA Battery Health = Service). My phone has been running warm and I went to look at the battery usage by app and saw Apple Music at 74% (even when it's closed). Has anyone else had this problem? What can I do to fix this?

You’re running a beta IOS version, which encourages you to report any oddities to Apple via the beta channels. Have you done so? If not, that would be the best place to voice any concerns etc.

I have read from numerous discussions boards that various people are having this problem (on and off beta)

I'm running the 13.6 beta on my 11 Pro Max yet not seeing any such behavior. If I were, I'd be following up the anomaly within the IOS beta developer community pronto.
