What a bunch of c**p. When one of the features in a full number update is the stupid, obtrusive volume icon, you wonder what is apple really doing?
No wonder Samsung and hwawei are selling better. Apple invented the smartphone and now lags behind in innovation. It's so sad. By hey u can buy Tim Cook's book "the genius who took apple to the next level"... What level? Steve needs to resuscitate!
Nah, Apple didn't invent the smartphone, I had a smartphone like 4 years before the iPhone while we waited for iOS 2 to know what an AppStore is. I say that and I'm a big Apple fan, I didn't use an Android or Windows in 10 years.

I think this argument was valid when the iPhone came out, welcome to 2008 again, people.

Also, I really want a dark mode in my OLED iPhone, I wish Steve is still with us for sure.

Obviously you do not understand AOD. It does not burn into the screen (Pretty much all AOD move every couple of minutes to prevent this), and it uses close to noting in battery life on a OLED screen.
Okay, but what's the use for it? I don't understand why it's so important that the phone shows the time and weather at all times. It just seems so useless and a waste of R&D.

One thing I'd love in iOS 13 is for incoming phone calls to go to a drop-down notification if you're using the device. There's absolutely no reason for it to completely take over your screen anymore.
I'm all for it!!

Nowadays the importance of phone should be demoted to having the same importance of messaging apps / other apps. Who wants to get interrupted when you're racing against time for trading stocks? or when you're about to win a game?

Android has had this implemented long ago. It's about time iOS caught up with this.

Its a nice feature that just allows you to glance over at your phone and see any info you want without having to pick it up or without needing to activate the screen. Android phones have had it for years, Is actually a useful feature IMO (When I had a Note 7 for the few weeks before the recall, I really grew to love it)

Am I the only one in here so far that’s commenting hoping to see more Siri improvements? Siri has to be one of my favorite features to use on the iPhone, even though it’s not perfect, this is one area that hopefully Apple addresses since they recruited John Giannandrea over a year ago from Google.

Hm. I could see it actually being useful for people who don't have the watch maybe. Thanks for actually trying to explain use cases to me and not going off and calling me a moron like 90% of the people on this site do.

How about native USB-C support for external drives to access files like excel, word, ppt, pdf, etc. Importing photos is good, but iPad and iPad Pro users should be able to read/write to simple external flash drive/hard drives without using wifi equipment. Hopefully they will have a better file system app over Dark Mode and Volume HUD. If iOS is the post PC future for computers, we need these features now. Mac’s and PC’s can do it and have been able to for decades, why not iOS.

Im using the DJI BoSS external hd no problem, yes its sandboxed but not realy a problem, plus i can import direct from video and camera sources, no dongle or converter needed

Yeah the same stuff they’ve been talking about for years that of course has never happened

Glad you guys have been getting ad revenue every time

I just want parameterized Siri shortcuts.

I’m outraged that <feature I want> isn’t listed and won’t be in iOS 13! Nobody wants <listed feature / improvement> but everybody I know wants <feature I want>!!! Android has had <feature I want> for YEARS!!! Make the iPad like a REAL computer!!

I’m done with the iPad! This is why Apple is going down the tubes!! Tim Cook and Johnny Ives need to go!!

The Volume UX indicator shows how stubborn Jony Ive is. He doesn't care about the user experience while watching a video.

Excuse me, dark mode is a problem for vision. When white text is on a black background something called "halation" causes a fuzzy effect which make the eyes work hard to focus. People who have worked in the printing industry with negative plates suffer astigmatism from this. Negative or wrong reading images can hurt eye balls.

Similarly, some people with accessibility requirements find that black text on a white background has a similar effect on their condition. Basically, people are different.

Would you have been happier if the guy who found all this didn’t put it on the list?

Should apple never address this issue, lest it be a feature in an update? Or so they have to do it on a point update to make you happy?

Do you think there may be other changes as well?

Your comments make no sense at all.
