The onscreen keyboard while using the Magic Keyboard was an issue for me on the 14.0 GM build and disappeared after updating to the official release.

Maybe 14.2 was forked off the 14.0 GM before additional fixes were sneaked into the 14.0 official release + 14.0.1.

Could be. I saw this issue with the last beta or two of the 14.0 build.
Interestingly when I use my Logitech Folio I do not have this issue. Just with the MK.

Lots of keyboard lag here when starting to type in messages. 11 Pro Max. Hope it gets fixed soon... pretty annoying.

WhatsApp crashes (and will not reopen, even after force closing and reattempting to launch) after I take a photo and hit send. First time it happened, I deleted and reinstalled app. Today, it happened again after taking a photo and attempting to send the message.

Can someone else try this and see if you get the same issue?
  1. Open a conversation in WhatsApp
  2. Tap the Camera icon and take a photo
  3. Tap the send icon to send the photo

Lucky!! Haha I’m on beta 2 and it’s been happening a lot today. Tried restarts, rest keyboard settings all those things. Guess just going to have to wait for another beta lol

I’m going to take a wild guess that your content there is about 5 minutes long. I used my massive deductive powers to reach this conclusion.

You’re welcome!

Yea I thought the same. They want you to use the estimation skills you learned in elementary school

Well, it’s a lot more difficult when it’s a 2-hour and 17-minute movie and you’re trying to quickly figure out if you’ll have time to finish it before doing something else. Showing the actual time remaining would be very helpful, as opposed to having to guesstimate it.

Just bustin' your chops a bit. Agree on this. And you have me quoted as saying something I didn't say, by the way!

I deleted the blood oxygen app on my AW6 and can’t reinstall it. The “get” button in the AppStore is greyed out.

Has anyone been able to get the new watch faces working on the Apple Watch with watch OS beta! I can see them on the watch app on the phone but not on the watch.

Had an issue with Facebook and Messenger after the update. I got a pop up about my account being disabled due to a possible phishing attempt and suggesting I change my password. Instead of doing it through that pop up in the app, I did it on my Mac, straight through the website just on the off chance that the pop up was a possible attempt. Checked all account activity afterwards and there were no unfamiliar posts, comments, edits to my profile, or logins. Not sure what that was about, but I was going to change my password anyway, so this forced my hand 😂😂😂

Interestingly, this alert only showed on my iPad and iPhone (both running the beta). When I attempted a login on my Mac (not on beta) prior to changing my password...I was in without issue. Regardless, changed the password anyway.

Workaround, download WhatsApp Business, transfer same number, use that WhatsApp business and review if you have backup made, all conversations and fotos/videos should be there like normal, just in case you can make a new backup. Delete and reinstall WhatsApp, choose your number, all chats and fotos/videos, will be transferred like with the business, from app to app no need of backup, and that's it, all works again.
this doesn´t work on iPhone 11, same issue after reinstalling

I updated today, and I've lost the ability to use Google Authenticator, and now WhatsApp crashes upon startup. I can't load to even the home screen where the messages are. I can send/receive via the desktop app.

My only solution will be to switch to Authy, and to delete/reinstall WA.

iPhone XS Max 256GB.
