Updated using IPSW and it’s broken for me too. It doesn’t auto adjust. If you manually adjust the brightness from Control Center, it will stay there until you toggle off and on Auto Brightness then it will just stay at 50%.
Same here! Updated via IPSW & seeing the same results on my iPhone 13 Pro Max

It is just reworded. The following is a direct quote from Macrumors’ Front page article on this:

In the Cellular and WiFi sections of the Settings app, Apple has clarified the iCloud Private Relay wording. The toggle, which was previously called "‌iCloud‌ Private Relay" has been renamed to "Limit IP Address Tracking" to make it clearer what happens when it's turned on.

It is still there just worded differently and T-Mobile allows it.

I’m not subscribed to iCloud+ so I shouldn’t be seeing iCloud Private Relay but I do see Limit IP Address Tracking so this might be available for everyone instead of just iCloud+ subscribers.

After turning it off, WiFi and cellular speed is back to normal. Not sure if I had disable it before downgrading from iCloud+ and stuck with it on.

Does anyone know how can I can get my frequently used contacts and the corresponding apps back up on the attached space ? I seemed to have lost that since beta 1. All that shows now is iMessages. No WhatsApp or Telegram.

Edit. Never mind. It was “learn from this app” that wasn’t turned on.

Maybe they will release an updated beta on Wednesday or Thursday this week to fix the auto brightness bug. Not working on my 13 Pro Max.

Private Relay under iCloud.
Limit IP under cellular.
If you have nothing under iCloud that sounds likely.

Thanksgiving next week so we might need to wait two weeks. Hopefully they release a reworked build later this week.

Indeed. We will ‘thank’ Apple for enriching our lives with working automatic brightness on Thanksgiving if they fix it before the day.

Wi-Fi calling turned off again after instal. Keeps happening on ios15. Reported.

Just makes me wonder what other things turn off you’ve set up. Keep your eyes peeled ?

Scratch that what I said earlier, on my 12 auto brightness works normally. But as soon as you manually change the brightness from control centre, it stays locked to that.

Turning auto brightness off/on, goes back to working properly again, unlike banglazed.

To the best of my knowledge, this is happening only on the iPhone 13 series.
