My weather has grayed out on many occasions ever since iOS 16 betas. Still does. Small and large widgets.

When I reboot my phone, the weather widget gets greyed out. The fix for it is to launch your weather app. That has fixed it for me every time.

Yeah, I’ve heard the 14 Pros have been having weird issues with dropped frames in games on basically every version of iOS 16 that’s been out for them…

Apple beta make this right for my 14 Pro (Max) brothers & sisters! 😾 If they can fix dropped frames in animations and general choppiness then I know they can fix this, hopefully by 16.2 public. 🤞😸

I personally noticed that my Battery life has been snappy and alarm widget is lasting for a day at least.

Yes the battery drain issue has been fixed in 16.2 beta 3 ✅ I lost maybe 1.5% or so overnight on my 14 Pro Max.

I had this in. Beta 1.

I offloaded the weather app. Reinstalled it and my widgets all worked again.

Don’t delete it, there’s a difference.

An issue that started in b2 for me is still an issue in today's b3.

I have a shortcut which asks for a number and then does some processing with it. If I run the shortcut directly, the prompt on the screen asks for the number, I type one (as in a number, not only 1 ... oh I'm so funny) and the shortcut runs as expected.

If, however, I ask the slightly-mentally-deficient Siri to run the shortcut, it normally asks aloud for a number, I dictate one and it works. Since b2, Siri gets stuck in a loop and just asks over and over and .....

That’s because, “3 is the magic number”

Thats not good. Ive been loosing 0% overnight on 16.2 beta 1.

Well perhaps it will improve as I’d only installed the update a few hours earlier.

Anyway it’s a very big improvement over the ~10% overnight loss I’d been having with 16.1…I’ll take it.

I was joking, but just looked at my battery stats and I last charged my phone to 97%, it’s now at 41% 10.5 hours later, 9.5 of them being heavy usage. Two hours of YouTube (watched the Artemis launch), over 3 hours of video games, and then a bunch of Safari and other assorted stuff. So if I go to bed right now, I bet tomorrow I could stretch it out to the end of the day if I wasn’t on my phone constantly like today🤷🏼‍♂️
