mine put it on the second screen. if I go into settings and reset the Home Screen layout it puts it next to "tips" on the second page.
Hmm, on my iPad, it also put Freeform on the second screen.

What do you mean about resetting the Home Screen? How do you do that?

iPadOS 16.2 blocks the use of AirPlay while playing content on an external display. I used this all of the time to output audio to my HomePod while watching on a monitor. But no more 😢

That’s too bad. I don’t have any more tricks :( I can say it works for me and I have a similar setup insofar as having iTunes for windows and iCloud for windows.
Finally got my iTunes and iCloud working. I remembered during one of my many uninstall and re-install tries that it appeared the iTunes folder was not completely removed even though I uninstalled the app.

I checked and my suspicions were right and I thought perhaps some legacy file there was keeping it from registering that I had everything correct, so I deleted the iTunes folder completed and rebooted.

The installed iCloud from MS store and did a reboot, good to go logged in and good.

Installed iTunes again via the MS store then did a reboot, got a login page and logged in and good to go!

Finally can use iTunes again on the Windows PC. Feels good. :)

That’s great! Sorry it took so much time to find out their cause of the issue.
