Is there a way to update on a Mac with IPSW without doing a backup?

This is what im doing for a full install. Takes you to download the full file through app store.

The build number is 1 higher than the RC.

So that means all the show stopping bugs of betas 2, 3, 4, and the RC are still in it.

I was asking if there's a way to update an iPhone on a Mac with IPSW without doing a backup
