The beta 2 thread says it’s worse than beta 1. I’m not updating since I haven’t had any stutters in beta 1.

It’s definitely worse in Beta 2. It’s absolutely terrible.

I hope this is a good thing. More noise around the issue.

Can anyone confirm? Every time I update it’s gone but always comes back. So far it hasn’t happened with iOS 16.1.1.

I have thus far been unable to recreate the stutter in 16.1.1. Back when I did this with the 12 Pro and iOS 14, I'd usually be able to recreate it by opening basically every app on my phone til the RAM was full, which is what I theorized triggered it. I never did check to see if this trick worked with the 14 Pro, but so far nothing.

16.2 B2:
Stutters start sooner after reboot.
Stutters are worse (skip more frames).
Stutters happen more frequently.

Absolute disaster.

Still there with 16.1.1 but not as bad as they’d gotten with 16.1.
