At this point I think its either a bug in the beta or because I'm trying this on an iPhone 8.

I just find it hard to believe you’ve never googled about IPSW files, public, beta or dev, an how you could get one?
The dev IPSW files are the same as public. Same build numbers. As far as I’m aware. So access to a public beta IPSW file would be from the dev portal. you ether have or a friend might have.

I think it's for sure on their end. My forecast for 6pm says sunny but then when I got to weather.com they're showing 70% chance of thunderstorms.That's cool. I had originally submitted one.
Think something is wrong with a setting on their end (app). Been solid overcast since mid afternoon yesterday and for current is says sunny and partly cloudy or mostly cloudy.

Did you ever have an eSim? Regardless, this may fall into the “bug” category and need to be reported.
I get the „tap for additional details“ pop up every time I open the weather app now.

Have had the transition bug since beta 1, reported via feedback, resolution is still open. Enjoy it while it’s there 😜
This has been around at least since iOS 15. I had this happen to me in iOS 15 and I have only ever had an AT&T sim. An internet search revealed the fix was to erase the “recents” call log. Since then I have not had this pop up.
Maybe someone with a newer iPhone can try. Could be that iPhone 8 Neural Engine is limited for the task.
I don't remember where I saw it, but I don't think it's an option for older devices because it's based on some processor intensive tasks that analyze the image and hide the clock behind the elements.
So I tried a restore to 16.3 and then restored my encrypted backup and my fitness data still wasn't there, whilst I was waiting for my watch to finish pairing to my phone during the restore after about 10 minutes the health data must have finished processing as it then appeared in my health app.

add it as a “suggestion” in your feed back. You never know, might be something a lot of people have asked for. Worth a shot right. They ended up adding in an option for the safari url bar, top or bottom in ios15. You might get lucky.
iPadOS does not receive any of the new wallpapers that you get on iPhone, unfortunately (the exception being the one main wallpaper).
This happens when the eSIM and regular sim profile been activated then taken out. Just go to settings then cellular and tap the one that’s no longer available then hit update contacts when it prompts you.
My only issues with this beta:
1. A lot of drop calls lately.
2. Signal goes to no service a lot more then SOS.
3. Random stutter or slow downs
4. Getting warm easily
Never had these before on beta 2.
