Fixed the issue where I could not get dictation to work at all. Apparentl, it might be associated with the voice chosen in the Siri settings. I was on Siri voice 3, and I could not get Siri to dictate anywhere - apps, mail, messages, and it kept giving me error occurred when saying Hey Siri. I clicked on Siri voice 2 download it, and everything seems fine now.

Sorry if already mentioned, but, uh…True Tone seems totally borked on my 9th-gen iPad. 
Can anyone confirm if the software keyboard events is happening on their iPad? This was happening in beta 1 but fixed in beta 2.
If you use stage manager and open 2 apps, click on a text field in app 1 to open the software keyboard. Move the software keyboard so that it sits on top of app 2. Press on a key so that app 2 is directly behind it. Does app 2 receive the touch?
Anyone else having apps cut off text on this update? It’s affecting a few of my apps (voip texting), but doesn’t seem to affect iMessage or FB Messenger
Noticed a new bug that crept in to beta 3. I’ve noticed apps that I share my location with “while using” continuously uses my location even when I force close the app. Funny enough, this time it’s the Apple Store app. Arrow will remain next to the time in the left hand corner, shows as well at top of control centre and battery is taking a toll because of it. Anyone else? Reported in feedback.

Shortcuts is now a mess and automations fail every time…
Still can’t connect to HomePods via AirPlay with Watch. HomePods still refuse to obey Atmos toggle in Home app and still play Atmos-compatible tracks in weird, gimmicky, muddled Atmos.
Are there more options now with haptic press on the Music app? I don’t recall Play Most Recent and Play My Station.

I like how the multitasking buttons are labeled… it reminds me of menu/title bar on macOS. But I am able to resize diagonally, not sure why it’s broken for you. And it finally gives us a “close button“ on an external display.
I’m glad they finally added a close button, shocking how something so basic for window management was unavailable. You can create so many windows, but couldn’t close them the same way.
Now all they need is Mission Control.

I do now. 13PM. Did not have earlier so may have been a server push, though I did restart the phone trying to fix issues with the Toolbox Pro beta.
I know, but the observed dew point at my nearest weather station was 65 at the time. The observed temperature was 81, as opposed to 85 which the weather app was showing. I've seen many other examples of discrepancies between the app, and observations at weather stations using actual instruments.
