Automations have always been rubbish as far as I'm concerned. Popping up "automatically" to tell me to manually start something.Shortcuts is now a mess and automations fail every time…
This is now showing for me 😃

Is anyone seeing this instead of Dev Beta 3?
The update also fails every time without the download even beginning.

Re Clownfishgate
As found by 9to5Mac in the internal files of iOS 16 beta 3, Apple has remastered the iconic clownfish wallpaper from the very first iPhone. However, there’s a catch. The wallpaper is not yet available as an option for users – at least not for everyone.

Well yeah I’ll get an automation fail once in a blue moon (mainly wake to no signal.) as for the “pop up’s” if it’s what I’m thinking they are the same ones, you can turn those off within the automation (attached pic).Automations have always been rubbish as far as I'm concerned. And shortcuts (I have one which gives a menu of options) now has a notification telling me it's running the shortcut before the menu appears, and then tells me again that a shortcut is running after the thing I select is done. Stupid.
However, the only automation I still have enabled (turn on low-power mode when I run a certain app, and another one to turn it off when I exit that app) are still working. So that's something.
It’s good, but definitely not without some quirks and issues still. Stable enough for daily-driver use, I’d say.Now that we are up to Beta 3, is iOS 16 stable enough to install on my main phone?
Of course, I know the dangers/warnings/risks. Just wondering if it's generally operational with no excessive battery drain.
Thanks
My automation does run without prompting, but it's a shortcut that since iOS16 now likes to tell me that it's running, before giving me my menu prompt, and then telling me again that it's run after my function ends. I don't need to interact with the notification, it's just bad design on Apple's part (imo).Well yeah I’ll get an automation fail once in a blue moon (mainly wake to no signal.) as for the “pop up’s” if it’s what I’m thinking they are the same ones, you can turn those off within the automation (attached pic).
I have a shortcut to run every hour and it’s a constant fail plus now it has Perspective zoom. 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️. Guess it’s a hit or miss on what it is/doing!

I have it on a 13 pro. I thought I didn't have it, because when I entered the funds, in the collection section it didn't appear among the first, but when I went to the end it was the last. check it those of you who think you don't have it like me, because you may have it in the end.
I’ve rebooted and checked everything I could think of. iPhone 13 Pro 256gb.
in the betas of ios 16 it is occupying me much more than in ios 15, almost always hovering between 15 and 20Gb, but yours is outrageous... I'm afraid you'll have to restore to free up memory there.Anyone else seeing high system data memory usage?? 145gb of system dataI’ve rebooted and checked everything I could think of. iPhone 13 Pro 256gb.

Not terribly unusual to have very high system data usage during a beta, though that seems somewhat excessive. One way to resolve this is to sync your phone to your Mac. That usually clears that up.Anyone else seeing high system data memory usage?? 145gb of system dataI’ve rebooted and checked everything I could think of. iPhone 13 Pro 256gb.
