I find battery is holding really good on my iPhone 12 mini :)

I'm *still* seeing a bug (reported in PB 3) with Siri and Sleep Focus.
If I use the Focus button in control center to select "Sleep" on either my Watch (S5) or my iPhone (11) then the Watch correctly switches into Sleep mode showing the "sleep" watch face, no lift to wake, etc.

However if I say "Hey Siri, Sleep Focus on" then the Focus is activated with bed icon at the top of the watch and sleep icon highlighted in the control center of phone and watch, however the it stays showing the current watch face.

I'll feedback again, but does anyone else see this?

Big battery issues this build. Down to 63% with only two hours screen time.

WhatsApp and safari appear to be the culprits

The phone keeps the battery level for longer after you remove the charger. Then it starts dropping normally. That’s why you think that the drain is not there.
I can’t speak to the phones but on my iPad Pro on 16.1 battery life is phenomenal, has always been great but, possibly a placebo effect, seems even better now.

How id test this:

Reinstall the beta - test
Reinstall beta 7 - test

That way you’ll identify if it’s your phone or a beta. If 7 and 8 still behave like this, drop back to your encrypted 15.6 back up - test.

You’ll get a better picture of what it is ether software or hardware after.
I did a Reset All Settings just now. We’ll see how the day goes.

First thing I noticed: the green dot is gone from my Astronomy lockscreen. So far so good. 👍🏻

Edit 2: Went through all settings and had to disable location access for Astronomy as the dot had come back.

Edit 3: Battery is still terrible. Gonna have to restore.

Edit 4: Did a complete reset and restore from iCloud. We’ll see how she does tomorrow after everything gets settled.

And usually even under those circumstances there’s some overnight battery drain. But thanks for stating the obvious ;)
The obvious that the phone is literally doing nothing in the background so to say the battery is holding up probably isn’t that accurate a statement

I just woke up to an unresponsive iPhone that was plugged in to charge overnight. This is the second time this happened, last time a few weeks ago with an older beta.
Only way to get it working again was a hard restart.
