I don't know, but I keep removing and re-adding the profile, and the update appears with the profile and then disappears when I remove it. Weird.

i think you stated that backwards. if you have the beta profile you will NOT see 16.3.1

The opposite is happening to me for some reason. I added it and deleted it a few times.

Apple's QA has gone to sh*t. I don't have the profile and am not seeing it even after a reboot. And weirdly enough people with the profile installed are seeing the update.

My 14 Pro Max is not showing the update and I do have the beta profile installed.
My wife’s 14 Pro Max never ever saw a beta and she is just installing 16.3.1 as I am writing this.

This is wrong because I have the beta profile and it shows up.

Apple be playing weird games now i don't have the profile and it originally showed up, now it's gone.
also seems to be some confusion over MacOS 13.2.1 as well as it was released, then rereleased to dev?

Something's messed up. Those with profile have been seeing the update and those without couldn't.
