No, seems Apple has some confusion on what server it was going to. Scrolling through twitter is seems some went to Dev, some went to Public.. ALOT of confusion right now.

Have just checked my other Apple devices and this update is only available to my main 13 Pro with beta profile.

Got 16.3.1 downloading on iPhone 14 Pro. watchOS 9.3.1 has also showed up for me. Nothing on Mac yet.

HomePod 16.3.2 out too.

EDIT: watchOS download has disappeared and now has gone back to saying my Watch is up to date. iOS on preparing stage.

Do you use Beta on Apple Watch, because they say it is RC.

Never done a beta on the Watch. Update has since disappeared and now tells me my Watch is up to date.

Update appears to be repopulating to the correct public servers. My devices are now seeing it without a beta profile (again)

How the hell are you guys seeing the updates?
I got a whole bunch of devices including 13P, iPad Air, MBP and HomePods. Watch and not seeing updates on one of them.

EDIT: watchOS and tvOS showed up finally.

My watch (with profile) sees 9.3.1 but I'm reluctant to update the watch without updating the phone first so I'm skipping that one

Edit: phone now sees 16.3.1 (with beta profile installed)
