Considering 16.6 beta 2 came out on May 31st (wed) for devs yeah it's likely one day too soon. PB day later.
if beta 3 is tomorrow then possible 16.5.1 is either thursday or next monday

I have this funny feeling we may skip a beta this week and go right to public next week. I think it would be a new build, but maybe not enough changes to warrant a week between RC and public.

It's been a very quiet week. I also have a feeling we might get something. Apple has been very quiet!
Seems odd, two weeks since Beta 2 was released. Guess the one guy Apple still has working on iOS 16 called in, or fell asleep at his desk.
This is getting a little bit crazy. 16.6 won't be public then until July
A beta cycle has a purpose you know. If the delay is longer it's likely security patch related.
I see nothing for this morning.
It makes sense. Last year 15.6 was released on 20 July, so there could be similar scheduling for 16.6 as well.

I just now see Apple site updated and it shows that its is available at 11:43 AM PST. Wow they are slow today.
