You seem to contradict yourself here, wanting both the early and stable beta at the same time.The whole point of a beta software is fine-tuning it and getting rid of bugs.
His point was quite clear. Apple's whole argument about delaying the Public Beta was to release more stable builds by the time it reaches the public, but that didn't definitely given happen as the early developers build were far more stable than some released in the Public Beta Program. Comprehension is key!
The reason Apple waits a day or sometimes an hour before releasing the PB is because they don't want any 'Show Stopping' bugs out in the wild. Memory Leaks that cause resprings every 5 minutes.. Stuff like that. Because it's happened before. That doesn't mean it's going to be more stable... Almost always, the PB is the same build as the DB.

iOS 14 and 15 beta 5 were both 7 days. So based on the prior track record, today would be the day. Mileage may vary though...........
I’m not sure Apple has ever specifically said why it waits. We presume that’s why but I don’t think we know that for certain. And as pointed out, even for public betas, while it is presumably fairly stable, the FAQs still come with the following caveat:
You never know, maybe they'll put the battery % on iPhone 11 etc in this beta 🤪
I am not contradicting myself, perhaps I have not expressed myself well with my limited English. One of the reasons Apple gives for having public betas is to make them more stable. and this year, and some more in the past, the public betas have started hand in hand with the most unstable developer betas, especially beta 4 this year. That's why I reaffirm myself, if the public betas start in June, practically nobody will get into the developer branch, but Apple doesn't want to and the people who want to try it as soon as possible download the profiles.You seem to contradict yourself here, wanting both the early and stable beta at the same time.
What helps Apple make these releases more stable, is they release BETA Software that we TEST, and then provide feedback. That helps shape what the STABLE release will be when it's released. No one's ever said that a Beta Release Will Be Stable.....
I can't believe we're on page 78 of a forum about a beta version of an OS release, the sixteenth release, and people are still wondering why it's not stable 😆

Even tho I don't like Monday because of these beta releases. It's about to be my favorite day. We're getting closer and closer to the GM build.
