I was super impressed by AI generated images at first. Even used some in a book I was working on, but now they just look so bad to me. I stopped using them and any time I see them they just have such a cheap feeling to them. It's just like what's the point?

That usually seems to be the experience with the 18.1 AI features but for some reason not with 18.2 and playground wonder what happened? Thanks for update

Apple should have been more open about this rollout. What are they google now with this rollout? Meanwhile pixel studio works just fine on my pixel 9 pro so I’ll enjoy that until this junk is finally ready.
My point is that since I'm waiting for the release I haven't run into a single problem with their AI code yet. Sometimes I've beta tested software when I have the bandwidth and patience to handle all the issues I know will arise with beta testing.
How silly, you’ll never find with those parameters. Now if you tried Swedish, well maybe better. 😜

They’re releasing it in waves so they can ensure no one can bypass the prompt restrictions.
Obv some influencers got access but lots of regular people did too.
Well from what I am seeing in my various groups no one got access to playground yet so not experiencing regular people who got in early.
Still waiting too. I have a developer account, but I’m not really a developer. My guess is if I actually had software in development I might be prioritized.

I got both Genmoji and Image Playground within 5 minutes after I installed the betas when they first came out.
This looked decent until i zoomed in 😱
When was it first out noon hour ? I found it about 2 hours later must have shut access down fairly quickly after that I guess
I hate this modern trend in news headlines of saying ‘everything you should know’ or ‘need to know’. I guess some marketing genius somewhere discovered that it leads to increased click rates (FOMO?), but it irritates me to be told what I need to know by someone who doesn’t know me. (I didn’t bother reading the article—was just mildly interested in the comments.)
