I hope it has an actual ON/OFF toggle soon.Liquid Glass Transparency Toggle
Good thing. I hope it will be fine tuned to be more closely to iOS 18

No truer words.Pfft! I wish I did. Too late now for me I'm afraid.
Apple released a few tests when they were beta-testing the feature, but only one actual RSR. That RSR updated Safari's user agent with the RSR release info (why that level of detail was put into the UA is beyond me -- seems like a good way to fingerprint vulnerable devices) and broke websites that parsed it incorrectly, so Apple ended up pausing distribution of the RSR and re-released it a few days later. They haven't used RSR since."The Privacy and Security section of the Settings app now has a toggle to automatically download and install security improvements. It's a revamp of the prior Rapid Security Responses feature."
How many RSR features have been released so far?
That’s a great call. I’m on a iPhone 15 Pro and I’ve never wanted to downgrade so badly an iOS before, in fact, I never have but this one I will if the .1 isn’t better because my phone has been brought to a crawl with this iOS.staying on iOS 18 for a good long while
Wife has a Pixel and I've been eyeballing it pretty hard. The OS layout is really clean and not full of eye candy nonsense.
Still on iOS 18 myself, except on my work phone..
It is an option. The alarm swipe to turn off is getting on my bloody nerves. It was better as a button. Here's an obvious idea Apple, make it an option.
You can remove them yourself in the settings. Will this be the version that finally removes “Movies/iTunes” from the Apple TV? Why is it still there?

Question:
Why is it Apple hasn’t fixed the huge amount of wasted space on the top and bottom of the Home Screen? On my 15 pro max, there’s easily enough room for an extra row of icons
This has been a thing for years, and nobody seems to discuss it. There’s wasted space all over the OS too
That's great, but not exactly an obvious place to look, and I'm going to assume that applies to every UI interface that has a slide option, so it doesn't just apply it to alarms. This is a band-aid fix, not a clock specific option. It is an option.
Settings> accessibility>Touch>Prefer Single-Touch Actions.
And here we are again, people complaining that Apple won’t add things that they literally already added.
Touché. However, some of us never use a snooze option...That’s the point, right? You can always tap snooze to shut it up but at least it will wake you up again if you fall back asleep on accident
Some valid points and questions.Yeah, it needs to just do what you want knowing that you aren't awake enough to tell it what you want.
By the way, if you aren't very awake yet, how do you know you need to hit the stop button and not the snooze button? And if you are awake enough to know then why aren't you awake enough to know how to swipe?
So far, it only applies to alarms and timers as far as I can tell. No other part of the system is modified. That's great, but not exactly an obvious place to look, and I'm going to assume that applies to every UI interface that has a slide option, so it doesn't just apply it to alarms. This is a band-aid fix, not a clock specific option.
15PM ... same ... Was so bad I had to update to 26.1RC to see if it fixes this .... Nope ... And battery life is horrid ... Maybe 3-4 hours before it's drained from 100% to well below 20%Yeah, fix this. Since I installed bugOS 26 on my 16 pro it works terrible:
Good to know and will try it out.It is an option.
