Literally just experienced 15 minutes ago when opening the door, and then I view the app and they weren’t updating since Sunday.
On a whim, I decided to check my AirTags. None of my 5 have been updated in 3 weeks, so this functionality may have been broken since the 26.3 RC? Very concerning.Gen1 Airtags and Airpods Pro 3. I have a 17 Pro Max so not sure if it's phone related or something else causing it.
edit: just checked findmy and it stopped working again (last updated 3 hours ago)... so it looks like rebooting the phone fixes it for like 20-30 min max. Can't wait for Beta 3 to come out.
Mine are all Gen 1 too, in the Apple Watch not in beta they update just fine, I will try to remove and add them again.Mine aren’t chiming, rather just not updating.
Went to remove them so I can re-add and hopefully get them working again, but the remove screen just sits there for one while the other says not found even though it shows on the Items screen screen.
Thankfully after a while they finished. 🙄
A third AT is working just fine. These are all Gen 1 ATs.
It does have a web interface - I factory reset the adapter, no luck, then updated it, still no luck.Make sure you check for updates to the adaptor. They typically have a web interface making the update seemless.
That’s two seperat types of search. One is to search in app (used to be at the bottom in earlier version of iOS 26) the other one is to search in the list on that specific page. Very different functions.Search being at the top isn’t new to iOS 26.4. It was already at the top for Music, Files and Shortcuts. See screenshots.

I actually had this with one of the 26.3 Betas a couple months ago…I updated yesterday, and I restarted my phone today. When it turned back on, I got the splash screen that the phone was updated to iOS 26.4, and I got to an activation lock screen. I’ve never seen that before.
Amen.Thank god they’re not pushing more AI slop. This iOS needs bug fixing ASAP, not more AI features. Want Gemini? Install their App and use it.
I wish we could turn some of the tinting down or off; as someone who prefers visual ergonomics over flashiness, I’m not a fan, but I see what they’re going for.I like the new colorful Apple Music but in the dark when you’re in dark mode, if you view a white/light colored album be prepared to be blinded.
Assuming you’re referring to, “Switching between an App & Home Screen via App Switcher causes Stutter when Swiping between home screens” - No, it is not.is the home screen swipe animation lag fixed??
Do yourself a favour. Pop into an Apple Store, Department Store or Phone Shop and have a play around. Nobody here is bitching (more than usual).Hi.
Well, I’m on 18.7.2. I’d like your advice, should I upgrade to the latest version, 26? It’s been a while since iOS 26 came out, so I assume they’ve fixed some of the initial issues. But I wouldn’t want to get frustrated if the update affects the battery or isn’t stable. Thanks in advance.
Is it?Public beta is out
Tap and hold the App Store icon on your Home Screen and slide your finger to Updatesseems cool so far I still hate the extra steps to update apps though as I would normally do this several times a day and know its an extra step that I hate
Just read the 6 pages of this thread. Answer is obvious.Hi.

Apple is a For Profit company. The truth is, it never ceases to amaze me how Apple prefers to waste time redesigning the Apple Store account section and others, something that doesn't add any real value to the user. And yet, we still haven't found solutions to bugs that were reported and acknowledged by them months later.
Um, doesn't change the inconsistency luvSearch being at the top isn’t new to iOS 26.4. It was already at the top for Music, Files and Shortcuts. See screenshots.
