You installed it a few minutes ago - maybe a bit patience would be good and don’t judge the OS right after you installed it - processing in the background is still happeningJust installed it and the stuttering everywhere is still the sane as the first B4.
It won’t improve. I’ve been using beta 4 since its release, and it still stutters. If it doesn’t get better within a few hours, it will remain the same until the next beta. You installed it a few minutes ago - maybe a bit patience would be good and don’t judge the OS right after you installed it - processing in the background is still happening

Background processing has nothing to do with this stuttering. It’s the same now as it was yesterday. I’ve installed tons of betas and official releases over the last 15 years, no matter what stuff is processing in the background would affect the UI this badly. You installed it a few minutes ago - maybe a bit patience would be good and don’t judge the OS right after you installed it - processing in the background is still happening
That's normal for a revised beta. Typically the last letter represents the number of revision to the same build, usually fixes for specific issues.Curios that they released an "i" build on Tuesday and an "m" build today (same number).
And it feels very bad. Stuttering everywhere. Especially in safari and settings. Background processing has nothing to do with this stuttering. It’s the same now as it was yesterday. An interesting thing is that it doesn't seem to affect the iPad Pro in the same way. I am not noticing any stuttering in my M4 iPad Pro with the same build. And it feels very bad. Stuttering everywhere. Especially in safari and settings.
Yeah, I guess it means they kept iterating on the same "version" to keep ironing out bugs with 4 additional builds. That's normal for a revised beta. Typically the last letter represents the number of revision to the same build, usually fixes for specific issues.

Yes - same build.not sure if anyone asked, is the public beta the same as the revised dev beta 4 that also dropped today?
Should have been, by now….When does IPSW usually become available?
