I'm curious if anyone else has seen this issue within the Photos app. I'm running Beta 7 on a 12 Pro. When I open Photos, select Collections, then Reorder it will not work. I can select Reorder, but I cannot change the order of items in the list. Is there a trick to doing a reorder that I am missing?

In dark mode, beta 7 is less liquid glass this beta. Ugh. 6 was a solid balance. It’s not a lot, just slight, but my old eyes see it clear as glass.

Beta 7 fixed a small rectangular blemish on the Camera app’s red video recording button.

Thanks for testing the Reorder issue in photos. My hamburger menu on the right is always greyed out. Looks like it is an issue with my older device. I'll get this reported to Apple.

The bug in the Messages app where the text box glitches out for a second as two components then meshes together as soon as you click into a conversation is still there. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. It's quite un-Apple, surprised it isn't fixed by now.

Anyone else have issues where this toolbar doesn’t show up when you start typing? I’m using iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard. It also doesn’t give me word prediction, but it does on my iPhone. Both are running betas.

Most everything is almost clear for me like notifications. I am super stoked how this is turning out. Loving the new ways of doing everyday tasks across the board. Performance is great. Hope they keep it more glassy now that they have it such that you can read things in the boxes now. Perhaps because I have darker wallpaper and use the dark icons. I dunno but I like it!

So every toggle now when you tap it shows the Liquid Glass bubble, starting in beta 6, but the WiFi toggle does not. It just abruptly switches. You’ll see the animation if you drag it, but tapping it doesn’t.

I see what you mean... you should submit a feedback on it... or maybe they have it fixed already in the RC... it's time for them to do all the "spit & polish" fixes before launch... which is why all the animations are turbo-charged now..

Not sure why everyone is putting all the onus on Apple for this... as fragmented as Android is, many Android clients don't support RCS 3.0, which means that even when Apple does, there's a good possibility that the convo with an android user still won't be E2EE...

After reading your post, I tested my clear icon setup (16PM) and didn't get any that flashed black.
