Still seeing the phone being “silenced” after a reboot, even with the switch being in ring mode. After a reboot, the phone won’t make any sounds until the mute switch is toggled a few times. Then it works as normal until the next time the device is rebooted or powered off.

This started at some point throughout the beta process and remains as of beta 9. Anyone else?

Can someone write something good about this beta please? 🤣
I’m at work so I haven’t had a lot of time to “test,” however so far I haven’t seen any new issues, so that’s a positive!

I haven’t had any major problems with 26 at all this beta cycle; just the minor visual bugs we hear so much about and the silliness with the silent mode on reboot, and the occasional lag in opening the keyboard (particularly in Safari). It’s all been minor things so far on my side.

I forget which iphone it was i think either 5s or 6s that had a stutter bug when you did multitasking stuff and it took them till like the .4 release to fix it lol hopefully iOS 26 isnt like this with the redraws

the “blur” dock is still present. it’s curious, since on ipad os the dock is already with the liquid glass look.
that’s the diference between the dock when still and then how it gets the liquid glass effect for a split second while opening an app
