Updated on 15 Pro from the RC. Everything works fine, very smooth, only minor visual bugs here and there. Battery life was very good on the RC, hoping that stays the same!
Me too, but after times I love in it!Not a fan of the new alarm design with the large stop button. It's as though whoever made it didn't realize that the buttons were different sizes for a reason.
Mine works normal iPad Pro M1Updated from the RC. iPad floating keyboard became unusable in iMessages (jumping) until a forced restart.
Took ages for me as well. Easily around 2 hrs. This has been one of the slowest iOS downloads so far for meLOL i still haven't got the ability to download the update at a normal speed.
It's still showing me 1day ETA lol
This ain't my first rodeo and I know this is expected due to indexing etc, but HOLY battery drain batman. My 16 Plus is draining battery percentage like never before. 😳
This is mine. I have 3 wallets with 1 missing icon and a websheet missing icon. What in the world?
Has been like this for years with big iOS updates.Yeah. Apple did say OS 26 would take a hit on battery life.
No one uses that application other than you. That's why no responses. But thanks......I guess???Because nobody replied in either thread and no news was posted - Apple Devices was updated. It was not able to detect that a new version of iOS 26 was available coming from a previous beta (stated I was already on latest version) but was able to install iOS 26 just fine once I manually downloaded and shift-updated the IPSW. Installation took about 11 minutes. I was the test guinea pig this time around, as usual. You are all welcome!
This is ridiculous. After updating to RC, I lost all notification sounds. Only a clean restore without using a backup helped. Today's update BROKE the notification sounds AGAIN. Time to think about a change.
At the very least, there should be a sizable distance between the two buttons. Not a fan of the new alarm design with the large stop button. It's as though whoever made it didn't realize that the buttons were different sizes for a reason.
Really? How long ago did you install it?None of the visual bugs were fixed as expected, SMH.
If you're on the RC, you need to turn off beta updates and then click the "iOS 26.0" button at the bottom to install the final build (23A341).
Please, can somebody confirm that iOS 26 lets you see the volume slider in lock screen when playing music?
Just like iOS 18.2 introduced it [in Settings > Accessibility > Audio & Visual > Always Show Volume Control] years before hiding this option.
Thanks!
