I wouldn't be surprised if this means 26.3.1 on Monday, 26.4 beta 3 either Monday as well or potentially Tuesday.

I’m SO curious to see if the Reduce Highlighting Effects setting has functionality when DB3 comes out this week.

I wouldn't be surprised if the schedule were as follows, given how they behaved during the beta cycles of 26.2 and 26.3:

- The week of March 2nd: Beta 3
- The week of March 9th: Beta 4
- The week of March 23rd: Release Candidate
- The week of March 30th: Final release

Unless Apple decides to start the 26.5 beta cycle as quickly as possible, in which case everything will be moved up a week, but I don't see any urgency to release the 26.5 beta, because I honestly don't think we'll see anything interesting in it.

I would like if 26.4 got an RC within the next few days. I experienced a several minutes long iOS crash today (was reading news about Iran when suddenly went to a long spinning black screen and then asked to unlock my phone again)
This is completely unacceptable to me so I feel the need to update to something a little more stable, especially considering I have travel coming up. Having an update drop after I leave doesn’t really help and I would definitely prefer not to be on beta software

I would still say 26.3.1 this week early week after hardware announcements. 26.4 beta 3 the day after 26.3.1, maybe same day. But I think this week hinges on new hardware.

26.3.1 this week for sure.

Because of the hardware news not sure if 26.4 beta is of any interest this week.

I think bugs are so present that they’ll drop an update this week. I can’t remember the last time I saw so many reports of functionality-breaking bugs.

Hopefully new round of betas ~10 am Pacific time before event starts @ 12 Pacific, then 26.3.1

Perhaps optimistic though seeing as 26.4 beta 2 hasn’t even hit the public-beta stage across all devices yet…

I thought there was no event and they were just inviting people to the “experience” at 9am EST. I think beta 3 tomorrow normal time, 1pm EST.

My 2¢

- Press releases of either the iPhone 17e or updated iPads on Monday and Tuesday (unsure which order) early in the morning (7am PST?)
- 26.3.1 tomorrow at normal time of 11 PST, but possible this will be Wednesday after all products that will depend on it are announced.
- 26.4b3 (expect an "a" or "b" build) Tuesday (betas almost never on same day as a full public release version), but maybe Monday if above is true.
- MacBooks on Wednesday with press release early in the morning to get the buzz going before the hands on later in the day to keep the buzz going on social media into the end of the week. This is their "big" product so it goes last.
- Products can be ordered right after announcements, but available in store or for delivery starting Friday.
- 26.4 RC next week and full release the following week, with 26.5b1 the same week
- With the accelerated timeline of 26.4 betas, I'm beginning to believe 26.5 will have some new Siri/AI features, but will have an extended beta period compared to usual X.5 beta testing.

In the past they have released a new beta version along with an x.x.1 version, beta 3 of 26.4 and 26.3.1 could be released today without a problem.

New iPad Air M4, and iPhone 17e. No mention of MACs yet. I would say 26.3.1 has a strong chance of today.
I don't think we see that come out, if anything that's what those devices will ship with... with iOS 24.4 coming out before they hit the shelves...

Devices are available next week... so maybe 26.3.1 next week?

Don't think 26.4 will be out next week. Buuuut... you never know. 26.x releases are surprising!

I would not anticipate 26.4 being available by 3/11 for the public. Those will come with some flavor of 26.3.x.
