We can hope! Public beta 5 is worst than the previous beta. Maybe a big gap to fix most of the remaining bugs and issues with the RC release.

Agree. If this is the beta they plan to roll out to the general public they are going to have a lot of upset users lol.

If I remember correctly, iOS 18 had 9 beta versions — looks like iOS 26 won’t have that

The thing is, the 17 series will be a small percentage of overall IOS26 usage. If it runs like ass on 90% of the devices, that's not a good look for apple.

Again, tomorrow’s Labor Day here in the States…so although we might be blessed with another beta on a different day this week I wouldn’t hold my breath for tomorrow.

As someone said before, the last time we had more than 8 betas was iOS 12.

Beta 7 was pretty good on my 16 pro max. Beta 8 is very buggy

It's a holiday here in the states. No beta today, and probably noting until the RC next week. The RC will have the extra beta logging removed which will help increase battery life and performance. It'll also most likely have information on the new iPhones coming out, too. They're not going to want that out there in the wild until after the event...
