For those with PiHole, AGH, or another DNS ad blocker, I noticed that ads started showing up despite AdGuard Home being enabled and working fine on my other devices. Can anyone else on a 15Pro confirm? Now im scared to restart my phone. Is this an isolated incident or common with anyone else?
I've already mentioned this on page 21, under post 505. My EU purchased iPhone 15PM was rendered unusable after a hard restart. This is not an isolated issue, and many iPhone 15 owners have been affected by this bug. There are several Reddit posts where users report their phones being bricked.

Make a full backup of your phone before attempting a hard restart, and refer to this Reddit post for instructions on how to enter DFU mode and recover your device.

And, here's the post on owners reporting bricked phones!
