So looking ahead this might be a fairly decent guess on how the next 7 weeks or so plays out......
Aug 3 Week - Beta 5
Aug 10 Week - Beta 6
Aug 17 Week - Beta 7
Aug 24 Week - Beta 8
Aug 31 Week - Beta 9, RC1 or potentially nothing
Sept 7 Week - iPhone event / ordering and RC1 maybe RC2 if we get RC1 the prior week.
Sept 14 Week - iOS 27 release and iPhones release on Sept 18
Historical Release Dates:
iOS 26 release date - Sept 15
iOS 18 release date - Sept 16
iOS 17 release date - Sept 18
Aug 3 Week - Beta 5
Aug 10 Week - Beta 6
Aug 17 Week - Beta 7
Aug 24 Week - Beta 8
Aug 31 Week - Beta 9, RC1 or potentially nothing

I thought there was usually a 2 week break before the Event so Apple can add all the features for the new phones without spilling the info. The RC released after the Event will have that stuff included. If so, beta 8 on the 24th would be the last one before RC

Last year was a 7 day beta 9 before jumping to the RC which was 6 days. So that is why i was kind of on the fence. Year before was a 12 day beta 8 to RC.

I asked Siri and looks like beta 5 confirmed for today in Australia (tomorrow for other parts of the world) on the 3rd
Hopefully DB5 is focused on polishing and battery life optimisation.
Beta 5 today and start of weekly updates. Let’s go!

As LutzRFrank stated, it is important to check where the AI gets its “facts” from. In this case, it’s as good as the speculation thread right here.
I think you/Siri/AI got this backwards. That would be today (the 3rd) Cupertino time, and tomorrow (the 4th) for you.

I see "Fix identified, for future update" for several feedbacks, can't wait for beta 5!
Unlikely, minus things for new hardware (which sometimes shows up for older devices too). I’d guess 27.1 onwards
