I don't know if it has already been mentioned, or if this feature is already present on iOS 5 (I don't think so), but you can now delete games from your Game Center:

By swiping right on the game and pressing the delete icon that will pop up - just as you do with emails or iMessage conversations. So if you deleted a game, and never got to press the remove from Game Center button, and therefore it still appears on your game list, you can now manually remove it :)

....although not official - you were actually able to force it into a folder by making the icons wiggle and then creating a folder using 2 other apps and then dragging the newstand icon into the newly created folder before the animation of the newly created folder had ended (can't quite remember the exact sequence now but you can easily Google it).

...IOS 6 has now removed this!

It was a bug that is fixed.

Don't know if it has been mentioned but saw another place that now when you update an app you don't have to put in your password. :)

Correct. It's nice. It's also nice that it stays on the same screen and doesn't jump out of the update screen like it used to.

My iPhone 4S battery drain much faster (like 30%) :(

What i did today , at 3 am phone was charged 100% and unplug (iphone 4s) in 8hrs of the phone doing nothing battery discharged to 75%.....

Today im testing my other phone without facetime 3g option enabled amound others.

More of a bug, but on iPad 3 - say "open stocks" to Siri and the iPhone app pops up. Interestingly this doesn't happen for any of the other stock apps.

There's no longer an option in the weather app to turn off local weather.
Really hope they've fixed the issue of my location being gathered each time I open notification center. Certainly my location couldn't have changed that much in the past 12 seconds that I would need a new location for weather data.

Lots of others have said this is correct, however for me when I update an app I still have to enter my apple-id password. I don't know if it could actually be different for some reason, however I have never changed any setting as to when to ask for password or not for the App Store. It's all just the default settings. This is the case for me both on iPad 2 and iPhone 4s with iOS6 dev beta 1.

Mine is turned off.

You can always remove Weather from location services.

Thought that bug got fixed in 5.1?

I'm sorry if this has been posted already, I can't read through 27 pages  but when turning off the device, do you now have to enter a passcode to do so if you have one?

im also sure that the weather didnt change that much in the past 12 seconds either, so its a moot point.

Now in iOS 6, when sending a .gif animation in iMessage, the text bubble fits the size of the .gif without any borders. It looks the same as if you were sending a photo.

See below, iOS 5 vs 6

Are maps available for smaller countries like Ghana or Togo or South Africa? Hope this isn't only for select countries - I want some more 3D

I don't have the iOS 6 beta, but it uses openstreetmap and I live in zambia, which is a very small country. Openstreetmap is pretty darn good for street level access, even more accurate than google maps. I have no idea about 3d.

Can someone post a screenshot of playback controls while watching a movie?

They are way too close to each other in iOS 5, I always accidentally hit the back button instead of pause/play. Has this been fixed?

Thanks.
