If you ask Siri to do something for tomorrow and it's after midnight when you ask (ie before daybreak), she'll ask you to clarify if you mean the upcoming day or if you literally mean tomorrow (as in the day after the full one coming up). Nice touch since it drove me nuts if I was putting reminders in before bed around 1am on iOS 5.

There is now a comma after the year in text message time stamps (US locale). I don't think that was there in iOS 5.

1. The satellite view is now more of a globe that looks like Google earth.
2. Option to "Open in..." For photos in Messages
3. iCloud icons and download buttons are missing, must download whole playlists, artists or albums.
4. Full screen clocks for iPad. - attached here for a closer look
5. Option for Photo stream now renamed "My Photo Stream", in order to avoid confusion with shared ones.
6. Lock icon on lock screen is gone.
7. "New" tag on newly downloaded apps, like books and magazines.
8. Extensive bug reporting in Maps.
9. iTunes preview history - useful!

You can go to my shared photo stream at https://www.icloud.com/photostream/#v2;3;AC511BED-C186-457C-8984-D7C6886FB5B2;201496361 for many more screenshots.
Nice pictures. I cannot imagine anyone waking up to Alejandero... made me laugh a bit (thanks for that).

Select drafts in mail by holding on the compose button (you can also delete them from here):

That is awesome! I have a lot of Mail accounts and always found it annoying trying to figure out which draft was saved under what account. Thanks for posting!

Push & Hold "New Mail" brings up drafts

When you push & hold the new mail button it brings up all your drafts (and also lets you delete them if need be)

Not sure how new this is, but if you have music playing and you plug in your iPhone to charge it won't make the charging chirp sound.

How does the new Accessibility work? :) I've never seen anyone on here write something about it.

I don't understand. Contacts having photos? You mean, for a person in your contacts list, there is a photo of them? If so, that's been around since I got the iPhone 3G.
No, in the Address Book names list. There has never been photos. You need a 3rd party app/Jailbreak. This is the most obvious feature an Address Book should have besides the phone numbers.

I'm sorry if this has been posted already, I can't read through 27 pages  but when turning off the device, do you now have to enter a passcode to do so if you have one?

Fan bloody tastic! When my wife lost her phone, that would have stopped the **** that found it (while we were tracking it) from turning it off

Can anyone tell me if the limitations to "Open In..." have been improved? Currently, on iOS5 you are limited to the number of apps that are presented in the "open in" list. For example, I get an email from a coworker that has a .PDF attachment. There are multiple apps on my iPad that can view .PDF documents, so when I tap "Open in.." in the email a long list of 3rd party apps pops up. The problem is that this list is not modifiable and is truncated. Sometimes I want to open the file in Good Reader and it's not presented on the list of "open in.." apps, even though it handles .PDF files. Apple has truncated the list of available apps and does not allow you to set a preference like use GoodReader for all .PDF files by default. This is a real problem and doesn't allow me to use the app that I want when viewing attachments.

I believe the list is limited to 10 apps. So this is only an issue if you have more than 10 apps that can handle a particular file type.

Can anyone advise if iOS 6 has improved this area? Has Apple expanded the list or allowed you to set certain apps to always be presented as 1 of the 10 options?

Having a passcode to power down your iPhone still won't do any good if your phone was lost/stolen and you wanted to track it on Find my Phone . There is many ways the wrong hands can prevent you from doing that....
1) They can power down the phone by presing Screen/home button at the same time.
2) They can take out the micro sim card.
3) They can switch ON the "Aeroplane Mode"
4) They can switch OFF the "Location Services"

To be honest, i personally think that find my phone is only useful on very few ocasions.... when you missplaced/lost your phone and some honest person found it. But on most ocasions when iPhones get stolen, it won't be any good.... except from wiping out all data remotely.

I'm not exactly sure, but the sharing popup has been modified to look like the home screen, and has pages of icons. So theoretically it can support many more than 10.

1) That doesn't shutdown, that restarts.
2) True
3) Not if there's a pass code.
4) Not if there's a pass code.
