Touch ID has gotten super quick. I'd say it's back to pre-iOS 7.1 levels, if not faster.

iOS 7.1.1 Bug Fixes And Changes

Is full screen caller I'd back ?????
just tested it's not.

hmmm i think that they improved RAM management. Because now it seems way better multitasking, safari with iPad air. No reloads for youtube app and 3 tabs heavy websites. Also way faster unlocking with touch ID which was slow with 7.1

'In-App Purchase' is now displayed in small writing under the price of an app in the App Store.

This 18.8 MB update on my iPhone 5 requires Wi-Fi? WTF? You can download app updates far bigger than that over mobile data. I've just moved home and have a few days without home internet. 3G has been fine for everything else. Annoying. Hmm... my favourite place to borrow Wi-Fi is the Apple Store; I'll be making a trip tomorrow ;)

This update has broken "Recently Added" playlist in iTunes Match (in the iOS 7 betas it was "Recently Played" affected though several of the betas). It now says no contact. Same for anyone else?

It might be just me, but does it feel like the time/animation from the recognition of your finger to the home screen is just a little slower?

WiFi hotspot is finally fixed.

I shall also ask what was wrong, as I've used WiFi hotspot just fine on 7.1. In fact I relied on it extensively on my last trip, which nearly pushed me over my data plan for the month. :)

On the last billing period day I was at 3997 out of 4096. :)

Definitely nice to finally see something like that become available.

I wonder if that was tied to 7.1.1 or just happened to become available in the App Store at about the same time, given that the App Store content and even layout and so forth are more or less server-side items and Apple can (and has in the past) change things within the App Store without an iOS update.

In about 27 minutes there will be a thread "7.1.1 battery life is much worse"...

It happens every time. ;)

I restored my iphone 4 to 7.1.1 and the keyboard responsiveness is great, swiping through pages now is very smooth and no lag in any circumstances although I took a screenshot of this bug and I admit, I laughed a bit :)). Both apps were perfectly functional and they were acting like 2 different apps.
