Wow, I never really picked up on that, but that's a big deal. I feel a lot of people confuse the desktop "iTunes" application with the "iTunes" Store on iOS.
Well this is the best thing that can ever happen.. Well, the new interface does look amazing and they actually needed to work on that. I just cant wait to use this OS.
I never did confuse it as the desktop iTunes, but some people may confuse it.
If you tapped the status bar to scroll to the top and then refreshed the page pre-iOS 7 it would take you back to where you were along the page at the moment you tapped the status bar before. This new method is just worse, there are no two ways about it. This is a pretty common issue in iOS 7 – consider some of the changes that have been made and you'll see that they don't save the user time at all. In the Clock app's World Clock view for example the current times were displayed as digital and analogue side by side but now the user must tap any of the clocks in order to switch view. Far from gained functionality.

It happens temporarily with high-res panoramic wallpapers just after boot too.
Is there a way to fix this? It's been happening since beta 2 ? No messages are in my messages app as you can see below but it shows 39 messages on the badge

J/KSeriously though, I haven't seen that happen yet. Maybe try a restore? Or fresh install of b4 next week?
Have you tried closing the app and going back into it? the same thing happens for me in mail and doing that clears it.
It doesn't do the trick.
Take a look at the topic, you will see that we did everything to fix this, but nothing works.
Show us how, clearly you know something that the rest of us all don't know about the messages.app

I never said iOS 7 Beta 4 was totally out of the question tomorrow. I said it may or may not be released tomorrow. But I wouldnt be surprised if it doesnt.
Actually guys I'm very optimistic with Beta 4 coming around 1PM EST. Hopefully it will but again dont be surprised if it doesn't. I'll be here at 1PM EST just in case it does come, to list the little things and major features in Beta 4

Also wasn't there something in the iOS 6 beta where the dev site didn't upload a beta until a day or so after OTA?

They use it to distribute the DMG though and Apple may want to keep things consistent and hold B4 back until the site is up too.
And you can't use a previous xcode beta on a newer iOS beta with much certainty that it would work and since apple is focused on the developer and not the average Joe who paid $99 for beta access, It's my opinion they will wait until the dev site's back up and functioning.
Like I said, I'm sure they did have it before where ota released with ipsw on dev site a day or 2 later, either last year or year before.
Guess we'll see in 5 mins!
