My tapatalk doesn't let me turn it off in iOS 7. The option is disabled.

Yea plus the last app update was what turned it on.

• In control center, the tiny switch on the flashlight button turns on and off when you toggle it.

Did that in beta 1

iOS7 BETA 3 + iPhone 5

Pressing power button won't lock phone. Have to press it 5+ times for it to lock. Sometimes 10+

Have you thought of a broken button? 😱

in ios7 I dont think anyone has reported this feature but now to install provisioning profiles you need to enter your iphone passcode
