That's by far the only thing that annoyed me more then anything else in the beta besides lots of crashing/rebooting.
Yes, but for whatever reason it didn't like Beta 2, just as many other downloadable apps don't.
It likes Beta 3 though.
Same here. My past picture had a very blue glow to it but in the photo preview on the bottom right it displays red.
• You can delete cities in Weather app without crashing.
• Calculator had a slight design change.
• NC has very noticeable lines (I preferred beta 2's).
• Lockscreen's status bar is bigger (I like it).
• Messages' background bubble is washed out the more you swipe it up.
• Scrolling in Contacts is very smooth.
• "My number" in Phone is back.
• When in blank page on Safari, scrolling through bookmarks is smooth.
• Separators (for example in Settings) are darker, somewhat grey-ish, pink-ish.
• iCloud keychain doesn't work with Beta 3 and DP2.
• Upgrading to next iOS beta may reset Safari’s settings to their default values.
• Wi-Fi sync is not supported on Windows.
• Weather conditions are not animated on iPhone 4.
Overall, great update. Performance has been improved significantly.
The only thing, that hasn't been fixed since Beta 1 is that when you are writing in a text box, Safari does not follow your text and you can't see what you are writing.

Just finished installing on an iPhone 4S and Notification Center and Control Center are still transparent for me. Hopefully those who have been saying theirs aren't anymore are just experiencing a bug.
Also, not sure why, but as others have said, the Podcasts app now seems to be working for me again. Extremely happy about that.

after about an hour of use Beta 3 seems smoother and faster to me. battery life seems similar.

That's by design. The latest responses are darker in color and the oldest ones are lighter in color.
Still a Spotify bug. Apple have obviously changed something, and current apps do not support iOS 7 officially.
Report it to Apple and await a fix.
Literally that's all you can do. There's no option to change the translucency effects.
