Maps

Don't know if this is new or not but in Maps in Satellite mode the top and bottom bars become VERY translucent.

Is the Nike+ App working properly?

How about the device heating up if you use it longer than 15 minutes?

Also, I'm wondering if they fixed the status screen (Time, battery, signal bar) from randomly getting stuck in landscape mode.

I downgraded back to iOS6 yesterday because the battery life was really bad and lost all my data after powering the phone off and on.

As for the overheating, I think it has improved. Not sure about the rest of your questions.

On the contrary to a post I've seen on this thread I'm hoping NC and Control center are not "non-translcent" on iPhone 4s. That would be uuuuugggly.

There are now icons instead of only text for the bottom nav bars in apps. Many of the new icons have been changed to look more "wireframey" when they're not selected.

Messages from Favorites still don't come thru.

EDIT they changed it from BETA2 to BETA3. It no longer includes the word messages. bummer.

Am I the only one who hates how much space notifications take up on the lock screen and in notification center??

Found a bug. Spotify crashes every time when you change the volume. It happens on my iPhone and iPad.

iPhone 4 here weighing in. Took forever to install but overall seems snappier. Closing running apps is very responsive as well as many other parts of the system.

I still don't think its fast as it can be on this hardware and looking forward to installing it on my main phone once its officially released.
