Is anybody else having problems with Instagram? I am able to do everything on the app except post photos. Every time I click on the camera to post a photo the app crashes. Started doing this with beta 2. Downloading beta 3 now so hopefully this is fixed.

Yeah it was a prob with the Camera.app in beta 2.

It's solid on beta 3.

Does anyone know what GPRS means or why it was there. Never seen it before.

Oh ok. Usually if I'm getting edge there's usually just an E icon there. Never saw that one before.
It's now used for GSM networks instead of the little "o" looking icon that is in previous iOS versions (and "1x" for CDMA networks).

I found something missing on iOS 7:
- Airplay on Photos app cannot function like on iOS 6... On iOS 6 I can set the AirPlay on Photos apps set to the iPhone while doing AppleTV Mirroring. Therefore I can pinch to zoom in or out in the iPhone while on my Tv screen will do the same.

- the Messages apps cannot search through the old messages received or sent before iOS 7...

- on Photos app cannot pause the Music through the control center sometimes

Is anyone experience it?

Would anyone be able to check if night mode still works in beta 3 for the maps app. I did ask before but no one replied.

Thanks.

Ran into a CRAZY bug last night while I was rearranging my screens

I can't remember exactly how I did it but I was pulling Appstore.app out of a folder. The whole screen froze up and when it stopped freezing, springboard didn't relaunch...so I was stuck with this. Could open and use apps just fine, EXCEPT for Appstore, which had a supersized icon that I could move literally anywhere I wanted on the screen. A force reboot fixed the problem.

e: edited because the screens were a little big for three of them. One is sufficient

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet, but purchased text tones do not appear in the settings app. I purchased one yesterday and it never showed up. I bought another today just to be sure, and neither of them were there.

Did you OTA to beta 3 or clean install? Might have to do the latter.

I really don't think there's a difference between the OTA and the fresh installs. I updated both my iPhone 5 and iPad mini OTA to beta 3 and haven't had a single issue with any apps on either. I don't know why everyone is having so many "problems"

Woohoo I just noticed that on iOS 7 I can actually fully use the remote control buttons of the EarPods on my iPhone 4 - back in iOS 6 they didn't work at all. Finallyyyy, love that Apple seems to be trying to actively avoid fragmentation caused by software limitations (if fragmentation is the right term here) :D

OTA means you can carry over things that can cause bugs, that you won't get with a clean install. It can vary, thus part of why some people have problems that some don't.

Haven't seen this posted yet, I apologize if it has, but when you swipe left in a conversation it shows the time for all messages.

Ok I was able to reproduce a bug that I am experiencing. I reported earlier my wifi kept dropping. Another member posted he had a similar issue and advised me to unhide my network. So I checked and it was not hidden. So throughout the day I'm using my phone and iPad for various tasks and EVERYTIME I wake up one device to use it I have to re enter my wifi password it's like it's forgetting the network. Anyway while switching devices I noticed that when I connect to my wifi on one device it forgets the network in the other. I just reproduced it several times. It's like 2 ios 7 devices can't be on one network? I have a few other ios 6 devices and they are working just fine. Anyone having a similar issue or maybe knows a work around?

No real suggestions other than the obvious reset network settings.

And some people have problems on a clean install and some don't on an OTA (like me). I've found there is almost no reason to do a clean install anymore. I do an OTA update first and then if any show stopping bugs appear I'll do a clean install. So far that hasn't happened.

I think this is new in Beta 3. When launching the Messages app it no longer sends you to the latest unread message.
It is new. Needed too as I hated when my wife would message me and I'd respond then I'd go back to whatever app I was using and go to say something else to her and it would take me to a message that was unread from a friend and he'd see that I read it. Then want to know a response. "Ain't nobody got time fo dat!"
