I just noticed that the contacts app crashes on me in edit mode, when I scroll all the way down and it seems to have to retrieve the additional information to show. But, this only happens for people for whom I have added an address to their contact card; then it will not let me scroll down past the "add URL" section and it'll crash instead.

I'm on a iPhone 4 (GSM) with b5 OTA'ed.

Same thing is happening to me (iPhone 5), but only with certain contacts. Others work fine.

Indeed, only with certain contacts. But I noticed that the ones on which it crashes all had their addresses filled prior to switching to iOS7.
I just added an address to my daughters contact card and it doesn't crash on that entry when I try to edit it…
However, the app does 'stutter' a bit when I try scrolling past the 'add URL' section, as if it needs half a second to fetch the address and the rest of the contacts info. Maybe the format of the address data in older iOS versions differs a bit, making the contacts app choke on it

[edit] I checked again and it's only the address field being filled which is consistent across the contacts on which the app crashes…

Good guess, but I don't think that's it. I have lots of old contacts with address information. Some of them crash the app, some don't.

I have found a common factor, though. If the contact had additional information after the address (birthday, anniversary, etc.) it doesn't crash the app. It's only the contacts where the address is the last piece of information that crash the app.

That's not it either, unfortunately. I have one contact where this is happening (luckily only one) and it has a note after the address.

You can actually add a note without going into edit mode (hadn't realized that until this morning) to test yourself.

Rather than delete my contact from the web (iCloud), I'm going to keep it to see if Beta 6 resolves it.

It now warns you about the effects of turning off a passcode.

Has is been mentioned that the GPS on iOS7 is awful?

It seems that it can't locate you and it is all over the place. Which in turn effects any app that utilizes it. So far I've had problems with it in Google Maps and MapMyRun.

Maybe it's because those apps havn't been optimized for iOS7 yet.

I'm getting a crazy bug with iMessage -- if you type a message to someone, on the message screen the Message bubble appears blue but never says Delivered. It won't update unless you exit the conversation (hit "Back") and renter, where it'll list Delivered. The same thing is happening if I receive a message while I'm viewing the conversation -- the conversation doesn't update unless I exit, and then re-enter.

Has anyone else encountered this? Have you found a fix other than just wiping the phone?

I'm getting that too except mine will wait and then not deliver th message

so far I have an awesome battery life what keep bothers me is the long time boot (i know there is an specific topic) but that is why is called beta.

Same thing is happening to me, sometimes they'll send as texts, sometimes they won't send at all...frustrating

Beta 5 has been the most usable, stable beta so far for me; unfortunately this also happens to be the most frustrating bug I've encountered.

This is all I see when I iMessage this person. I can see what she texts in the main iMessage screen, but when I go into our conversation everything disappears. Anybody having this problem as well? Haven't looked through all the pages.

Oh i see what you mean. it still on the same side, but i think they have to adjust it to fit whatever is needed for that keybaord. The emoji has no voice feature so it makes the space bar bigger (which moves the icon). The japanese has voice but probably no numbers (from what i see on the screenshot).

While i understand having to adjust to the slight movement of the icon, it doesnt seem to move much.

Ultimately I think the solution is to switch the globe and the number/symbol button on Roman-letter keyboards like English, but it's probably been like that too long for most people to accept such a change... Failing that I really wish they'd make them into buttons that respond to being held down but not just tapped, like the camera button on iOS 6 lock screen.

Oh well... I'll hold out hope for iOS 8 :D

Weird..My name is Tyler (is yours? I see TyPod..either way, close), and my fiancee's name is Rachel.

Not having this problem, though..

Doubtful, but maybe they're just waiting until the GM to introduce it. No one really knows, but I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Pinch out to close photo

I recently discovered when you pinch out of a photo in the photos app, it closes. I am pretty sure it wasn't there in iOS 6, not sure if they introduced it with this beta or its been there since beta 1.
