I am from Italy and here no Itunes Radio:mad:

I'll wait to try Twitter with 7.1, it is the heavier app I use

----------

Have you compared with Iphone 4s and 5 while using Itunes Radio?

It doesn't matter, it's laggy but to be fair I compared it with my r mini:D also, I made an us account just for itunes radio:rolleyes:

I'm currently running iOS 7.1 beta 2 on my iPhone 4 GSM. It's not as smooth as beta 1 was, and has a tendency to hard crash the entire device, forcing a reset. The Music app is pretty unstable, and most animations are quite choppy, though the ones within Safari are silky smooth.

The release notes say 7.1b2 is supposed to improve data connections, but I've actually had the opposite experience; infrequently I'll lose 3G/EDGE/GPRS, but still have a signal. Cycling Airplane mode with a pause of about 10 seconds seems to resolve this. Wifi reception also seems a little worse, though that could just be my router playing up.

Looking forward to 7.1b3!

Let's say we ignore the Beta Releases and compare iOS 6.1.3 with Stable 7.0 Releases from Apple. How do they compare now.. on iPhone 4.

7.0.3 has been out for over a week now. Just go Settings > General > Software Update.

Not sure on the Jailbreak situation though..

Compared to 6.1.3. With Reduced Motion turned on, I find it's on par, if not the same.

Thanks for this. I'm sure it's been mentioned but I've never seen it. I just turned on Reduce Motion, and I actually prefer the quick fade-out of this animation than the one iOS 7 defaults with.

Me too! Gives me a feeling I'm not waiting and watching an animation take place before I can get to the next thing I'm doing.

I have an old iPhone 4, coming up 3 years old. I just updated to 7.0.4 from 6.1.3 (I think) today, everything went really smooth. Maybe - maybe just a tad snappier then the iOS 6 I was using.

No new install, just updated it on top of the older iOS6. I set the reduce motion to ON and change back ground to black color, nothing fancy.

Phone is an out of service unlocked AT&T, just wi-fi. All stock apps just google maps and Strava app for my cycling needs.

I'm glad I did it :D

Found a glitch today (at least for me so far).

Noticed today and then in the phone App and tapping on the contacts and then tapping in the search box to search for a name the screen will grey out but no keyboard will show up like it is suppose to.

Anyone else having this issue?

Recent iOS 7.0.6 update on iPhone 4 made it a little better to use:
- more responsive lock screen;
- RAM management seems better (apps doesn't reload so often).
Waiting for 7.1 eagerly.

7.06 in my IP4 drains more battery than previus versions.
Any feebdack?

Recently got a 4S from Ebay, it's noticeably faster than my iPhone 4. Everything just opens more quickly and IOS7 is overall more responsive.

I do still have 'reduce motion' switched on though.

You got a faster phone and everything is faster. Wow.

Is it safe to update via Itunes ora do you suggest a dfu update?
If I chose Itunes way, better load it as a "new iphone" and restore the backup via icloud?

Just make an regular update via iTunes. There is really no need to make a clean install or something. Remember after update to go to settings->general->accessibility-> turn on reduce motion, it will make the overall speed of the phone faster. Important.

Does it speed things up though? It look like it takes the same time, but looks different.
