You said you couldn't be bothered to install the update so you ask us to do it for you? I don't care how much you contribute, to assume that your time is more precious than ours is pretty rude. Also, you could have used all that time researching my posts to actually install the update... you're not above snooping, just above doing your own research.

Once again, I don't have time to delete 3.1GB of data off my 16GB iPhone. That doesn't make me lazy, maybe I'm keeping photos for a particular occasion, but at the moment, for a reason that you do not know, I cannot be bothered. I didn't say it in a rude way. But seen as this is a "changes" thread people tend to post photos, so I simply asked. I, in no way what so ever feel like my time is any more precious than anyone else's. I'm not above doing my own research either, I enjoy researching for myself and to assist others. But at this particular time, I cannot install the beta, so asked for someone else to contribute. And I spent around 2 minutes looking through your posts, I could not have deleted 3.1GB of data AND installed an update in that time. I really do not see why you had to start this at all. To anyone I offended, I apologise, I was simply asking for a contribution. I won't in future.

pof - crashes when viewing a profile including your own, was fine on beta 1 & 2

transit360 - still constantly displays location icon when its not running, background refresh is off, still there. force close app it will go away till its opened again, then the same thing, same on beta 1 & 2 too

aeo (american eagle) - crash on start, same location problem as transit360 but forever uses it unless disabled via ios app setting, same on beta 1 & 2 too

settings - still likes to randomly crash

everything else seems to work, whatsapp works fine now, not that i care but its an overhyped app everyones begging to work, well it works in beta 3 or at least mine does. all my apps are the latest version as of this post.

not that good for a 3rd beta..with ios 6 & 7 i was using them ever since starting with their 2nd beta..

The emergency card feature on the lock screen has a new look......I think

Not sure if anyone else noticed but maps and wiki entries are showing up now in spotlight search the first time.

example: I used to type "pizza" and the only option it would give me was to search the web the first time I typed it. now it gives me pizza hut down the street as a entry right away.

If you haven't already, here is a post with all of the iOS 8 Wallpapers, you'll have to find the new one on your own because I honestly don't know where it is. https://forums.macrumors.com/posts/19327289/

iPad Air can't search App Store

Installed b3 and App store searches come up completely blank. Anyone able to succesfully search for apps in the App Store?

So apparently Health shows your steps from the M7 chip but even after a restore and reboot, the Health app still doesn't show my steps when I add it to the dashboard.

My battery has been draining like crazy this evening. Hoping a full charge will fix this.

Thanks man. Sounds like it's possible this may be a daily driver bc I miss quick reply on ios 7. :( interesting that you say the OS animations seem slower. Maybe this was contributing to beta 2's instability. Who knows..

Thanks bud. :)

A few more hours into this I can report battery is decent, haven't had to reboot yet, and haven't had a text freeze or anything act wonky so far that plagued the second one, for me anyway. Seems most third party apps I have are also behaving or behaving better as well than beta two.

iPad settings has a developer menu. Doesn't see it on the iPhone. Is it new to beta 3?

Omg can't believe safari on iPad Air on 8b3!

If iOS 7 was unbelievable for what it did with 1GB of RAM, this makes my eyes water... The interface, the well snappiness, the no-reloadingness, the drawing speed.

Wow! Feels like I got an hardware upgrade and not an software upgrade!

The wired headset middle button (play/pause) is not working at all ... Tested in music app with local music

Since they enable iCloud Drive and a lot of background related changes it's best to start fresh from beta 3

Also whatsapp is not fixed and still need to use the beta app (they released a minor new release alongside the beta 3)

Battery seems much better and phone only goes upto warm on prolonged heavy use for me

Is the "Hide" option new in the App Store on purchased apps? I know we had it back on iOS 6? But I'm sure it's been missing since then.

Adam.

Sounds interesting... Someone should make a comparison between iOS7, iOS8b2 and b3 ;)
