iOS 8.0 Beta 3 Bug Fixes and Changes

I've had issues with iCloud Drive, Documents stored in Yosemite don't download to my iPhone or iPad and documents created on iOS devices won't upload to the cloud.
There is a folder where photostream photos I believe was (I did not upgrade to the new iCloud photos) that is a bunch of random numbers.
Rebooted iOS and OS X devices, disabled iCloud drive and re-enabled it, logged out and in of iCloud, and reset all settings. Didn't fix anything.

I am having my phone reboot every time I do a bunch of things in a small period of time. I have made it reboot twice in a minute. I opened Tweetbot and then WhosHere and it rebooted. I opened WhosHere after the reboot and it rebooted again.
Finally in this beta for the first time ever the Thai keyboard does "auto-correct" the same way it's been for English keyboard. But it will take time getting used to.
Still, iCloud contacts still not syncing with iCloud on my device. Only Facebook contacts do. Not sure why.

The Power/Sleep/Wake button isn't working too great either. I have to press it multiple times to get the device to wake. It's worse now than it was with the two previous betas. It's very annoying. Anybody else having this issue?

When I try to make a call nothing happens for a while. I keep pressing the number or phone icon without anything happening. Eventually like 20 seconds later the call will initiate. I've also noticed that I've missed several phone calls, no sound, no vibrate, no alert. Just straight to missed call. I've never experienced this before. Anyone else having this problem?

My sleep/wake button is playing up too, I thought it may have been my i5 but it was fine before so I suspect a beta issue.

I seem to remember them talking about that during the keynote... not removing it but Siri is now always listening or whatever...

If you're talking about the "Hey Siri" command, it's only accessible when the device is plugged in.
Sure, I just downloaded both of them so I can post crash files...can you give me more info about how to trigger the bugs?
I know this is probably a lot of work for you but if you have time, this is the one app that is holding me back from keeping the beta on my phone. Any changes made would disappear once the app was closed in B1 and B2.

No problem. I don't really want to spend $2.99 to test Account Tracker but I did email the dev, Graham, to ask specifically about iOS 8 Beta 3 issues. I'll post if he replies.
I also installed Viber and Line -- what are the issues with those? They seem to be working but have only used them for a few minutes each.
Totally understand. There is a free version but I can't say whether the issue is present in that one. Thanks for reporting it though.

Grabbed the free version of Account Tracker and it seems fine for the limited time I've used it. Created an account and entered transactions. Things I changed are there after I quit and relaunch app. But like you said, don't know if the free version was having problems but it's a good sign.
Have the aforementioned download an app and the phone restarts bug once so far. It was on the Starbucks App Of The Week.
Also noticed something interesting, though I don't recall if it was like this in Beta 2 or not. When using Turn By Turn in Maps it used to broadcast the directions over the Bluetooth connection in the car. It no longer does that. Didn't get a chance to see if Google Maps also is doing the same now or not, however the Apple Maps program, the audio was still coming from the phone. No way that I am aware of to change outputs like on a call within Maps.
