Canada usually gets stuff before the UK tho. Also, if you think Canada is not one of the 100 countries getting Apple Music on 30th of June, then you're not facing reality, you're being daft.

Not being daft, but being realistic. Again, look how long it took for Spotify & Google Music to get over here? iTunes radio was suppose to come here, never came. Simpler features like the new Apple news app isn't coming here anytime soon.

Like I said, until it shows up on my screen to sign up on Tuesday after updating or if Apple finally announces the countries it is coming to, I'm not getting my hopes up.

Sorry but I think that looks nothing like the current iterations of flat design.

Think whatever you want, but yosemite looks a lot closer to os8 than newer versions and yosemite is not totally flat. It's reverting back to before forestall's skeuomorphic designs and if you read the link posted above flat is not new, it's retro.

yosemite looks more like this than it looks like lion for example.

But Apple have said that it's coming to 100 countries. You think that Tatarstan would get it before Canda?

iTunes Radio never came to the UK either. The reason for this is simply because they abandoned iTunes Radio to work on Apple Music, so really, that's a daft point to try to argue....

Apple News isn't coming to any country until iOS9, so that's irrelevant. The Apple News pages for US, Canada and UK all say this fall (autumn in the UK).

Something is definitely up with this launch. They did not even announce official pricing except for the US which does not make any sense at all.
Well, we Germans are lucky, because Apple included the German pricing by mistake in an iOS 8.4 beta. ;)

sorry I think that looks nothing like the current iterations of flat design. And I doubt it was flat because someone at Microsoft at the time thought that was a preferable design aesthetic. Could computer hardware at the time even really handle depth, shadows, textures and gradients? And with retina displays why is this stuff necessary anymore?

You are making no sense here. Nobody said microsoft did it for any reason because that has nothing to do with it. Flat is retro, it's been done for whatever reason. It looks more like current yosemite than lion does and that's the point, it's retro. Just because there are differences does not mean it's not closer to that type of design. Do you work for apple or something? Why does that bother you?

Really dude? Yosemite nothing like OS 8.

Put it this way, if this is limited to only the U.S at launch Apple will get some serious negative press. Everything they have said, everything, points to it being launched worldwide (100 countries) on June 30th.

Enjoy.

I don't quite fully understand this, somebody please clarify. I am not interested in streaming. I like to download all my music and keep it, and backup the files, put them on my devices, etc. So for $9.99 a month, they are saying you have access to download and save every song in Apple's music catalog, as well as stream? I've spent several thousand dollars on music from the iTunes store, so if this $9.99/month service allows you to download and save unlimited tunes, it is a very sweet deal indeed! Can somebody be clear on this? Thanks...

You have a 25k songs limit. Eddie Cue said on Twitter that he's working on to increase to 100k songs. Just remember. You're "renting" those songs. They're only going to be available while you keep paying for the service. I think It's worth it. You can upload your songs too.

Not sure why people even think that Apple Music is not gonna be available in most of the countries that the iTunes Store already offers music. There's absolutely no way that they won't simultaneously launch it on Tuesday. It just doesn't make any sense.

Very excited for Apple Music, because finally, we hopefully get most if not all of the available iTunes music catalog in our respective countries. There's so much to discover and there's so many artists to directly support, it is gonna be a great experience.

Lossless would have been another big step, but it seems the majors don't like the idea of making CDs almost obsolete.

Next thing on my list -> buy AKG K812 and enjoy

This can be an indication but ultimately doesn't mean anything. These screenshots are taken from an beta release. These might as well be placeholders.
There is a reason these beta releases are under NDA. BTW you just broke the NDA by posting these screenshots. (https://beta.apple.com/agreements/EA1228_AppleBetaSWPrgrmAgmt.pdf)

Nobody will know until Apple announces something official. I get that you really really want to believe this but this is all just speculation. ;)

This has probably been discussed but what format will the streaming be in? 256 or 320?

Update: In a series of responses on Twitter, Eddy Cue has confirmed Apple will be releasing a new seed of iOS 9 to enable Apple Music for users on that version, as well as Apple's plans to increase the current 25,000-track limit for iTunes Match (and thus Apple Music's scan/match/upload service) to 100,000 with the launch of iOS 9.

This is the best news I've heard from apple in awhile, finally my library can continue to grow again.

I will definitely give Apple Music a try, but the fact that it doesn't offer a free tier is a problem for me. I've gotten used to the free tiers with Spotify and Pandora. I don't value music enough to pay $10 a month for it. I would be fine paying $5 per month, but $10 is too much in my opinion.

Wow. This is a post filled with denial.....

We have all the evidence and you're still arguing the toss.

So just go in with 6 of your friends or family members to get the family plan. It's 15 Bucks for the family plan, divided by 6 people it's just 2.50 per person. Ridiculously cheap.
