Does 3 month trial automatically starts on the release date or everyone can choose when it starts?

Still neither date nor prize are available on Apple web sites outside US. Probably, we'll only know on Tuesday whether the launch is 100% global (same date, same plans, same content) or not...

Latest rumours are that only Beats 1 will be available outside the US on June 30, Apple Music will be US only for the time being, although rollout to the UK and Canada is being prepared.

If that is true expect a deluge of posts with much gloating from the Americans and disgruntled disbelief from the rest of the world. :D

You mean like after every single Apple product launch? :) It's been a very long time since Apple has launched a product world-wide at the same time. The UK has been lucky lately, but when it comes to obtaining streaming rights, things are equally crappy all over the EU and even crappier here in Switzerland. It'd be a massive surprise if Apple really got the rights for 100 countries already.

do you guys think, if this 3month trial of apple music will require payment method? Currently Philippines is not included on the initial release so I have a US iTunes account but does not have payment method yet.

Well, this would depend on, like, where in the world you are. Not everyone in the world works in YOUR time zone.

Source of rumours? Or you just making it up as you don't believe that Apple saying they are launching Apple Music in 100 countries on 30th June?

Bearing in mind that Apple has been working on this since, at least iTunes Radio.

There is quite an important word there. "Rumours." You're believing "rumours" over Apple's word. Okay then.

But if you subscribe to Apple music you don't also have to pay for iTunes Match.
Don't forget, not all songs on iTunes today will be available on Apple Music. You will get more songs matched paying for iTunes Match separate, which has a different agreement with the labels.

What word? They never said they'd launch in 100 countries at the same time. They said they'd start launching on June 30. Exact same wording as with the Apple Watch launch, btw.

In the end, all your music will be in the cloud just the same irregardless of...

Rumours! That word! And when Apple Watch was released, it wasn't exclusive to the U.S.

They launched it in 5 or so countries, for all the others it said 'coming soon'. See any parallels here? The U.S. has a date, everywhere else it says 'coming soon' for Apple Music.

For the UK site for AW, it said coming soon and it was released on the same day.

Anyway, no-one truly knows, it's not long until we find out.

Put it this way, if Apple does not go worldwide on apple music tomorrow, Spotify wins. Plain and simple.

Edit: In more detail, if Apple just releases in the US tomorrow, you will see Spotify and others will be touting that their service is available in your country and you don't need Apple Music. Also, I can see alot of apple fans pissed off tomorrow since Apple is giving them the middle finger on apple music. Those fans won't wait and they will go on spotify (or another service) and stay there. This US only bullcrap of Apple needs to stop if they want to compete against the likes of spotify.

It only had the launch date on the US Apple Watch site, it also said coming soon (or words to that effect) on the rest, even those where it launched on day one.

Probably not their fault if they really can't launch simultaneously. Rights owners in the EU can be very complicated

Ok - it said 'coming soon' in Switzerland and they didn't launch it until last Friday

They should've released iOS 8.4 and the new seed of iOS 9 either Friday or today. Maybe they'll still release it today. Releasing it one hour before Beats 1 goes live doesn't make much logical sense if they want maximum exposure for the launch.

What they're doing is right. They're creating as much hype as possible. What would be even smarter is to release it 10 minutes before launch.

Yeah, because you are totally able to install an iOS update in 10 minutes. For everything but the iPhone 6 even 1 hour should be next to impossible.
